In the World Honored One Sect, Tier Two Peak is considered a Buddha, and Tier Two is referred to as Bodhisattva.
Treasure Tree Bodhisattva, having just entered Tier Two, is a newly appointed Bodhisattva.
Guanyin Bodhisattva originally was late-stage Tier Two, already an established Bodhisattva.
However, not long ago, Guanyin Bodhisattva ascended to the Tier Two Peak.
Logically, after ascending to Tier Two Peak, one can be promoted to Buddha.
In the World Honored One Sect, the title of Buddha requires personal bestowal by the World Honored.
Recently, the World Honored has been overwhelmed by Elder Bai and others, having no time to bestow the title of Buddha upon Guanyin Bodhisattva.
Thus, Guanyin Bodhisattva became the Sect's only Bodhisattva at the Tier Two Peak realm.
