Manjushri Bodhisattva was at the late Tier Two stage, and possessing both the Flame Treasure Sword and the Qinglian Flower, an offensive and defensive artifact, meant that the star array formed by the Twenty-Eight Celestial Kings couldn't easily capture him in a short time.
