Claire wiped away her tears and glared angrily at the old man. "Hey, old man! Look at your own condition before trying to threaten me. You're the one locked inside this iron cage—why would any guard trust you? And anyway, if you were one of Orobas's lackeys, you wouldn't be imprisoned here right now. You'd be down on Earth with his army, tormenting humans. So stop trying to act like some 'manager,' got it?"
Old Gandolf fell silent for a moment. He scratched his white beard and thought to himself, This girl is quite sharp! She immediately figured out that I was only bluffing. And on top of that, she even knows about Orobas and the situation on Earth. She doesn't seem like an ordinary spirit.
Still, trying to assert his "seniority," the old man spoke again. "Girl! Have you no shame? I'm far older than you, yet you speak to me with such disrespect. Didn't your parents teach you any manners about how to speak to elders?"
