We will provide the patient's basic information, and then participants will propose examination requests based on their preliminary diagnoses. The scoring rules are as follows: each additional routine examination request will deduct one point, and each additional CT, MRI, and advanced biochemical examination request will deduct two points. Correct diagnostic direction adds 1 to 5 points.
For example, if the preliminary diagnostic direction is correct, 1 point is added; if the second step diagnostic direction is also correct, 2 points are added. If the diagnostic direction is consistently correct, a total of 5 points can be added.
Fully correct diagnostic results score 30 points.
Each missed diagnosis deducts 10 points. Incorrect diagnosis scores zero points.
Correct treatment plan scores 20 points.
