"You should rest for a bit first, Tsunade. I'll hold the baby."
How could Uchiha Yoichi hand over his daughter, so he signaled Jonin Mami to quickly wheel Tsunade into the room.

Tsunade hadn't finished speaking before Jonin Mami pushed her into the hospital room, while Uchiha Yoichi took a good look at his daughter outside before bringing her in to show Tsunade.
The newborn daughter was no longer crying, her bright eyes looking all around. Uchiha Yoichi had a hunch she might be the most gifted of his children.
His life level was already considered at the Six Paths Level, and Tsunade's strength and bloodline were high too, having practiced Genetic Primordial Energy.
Their offspring, in the future, even just by practicing on her own, might very well reach the level of the Six Paths.
Once Uchiha Yoichi entered, Tsunade impatiently asked for her daughter, since she hadn't held her since she was born.
Seeing Tsunade about to get out of bed if he didn't give the daughter, Uchiha Yoichi had no choice but to hand her over.
Tsunade was overjoyed once she held her daughter; she had never thought she would have offspring, but now with the daughter in her arms, she wished she could hold her every day.
"Have you thought of a name for her?"
"Let's call her Yoko, Uchiha Yoko!"

Excited like a young girl, Tsunade suddenly lifted Uchiha Yoko up, yet the latter wasn't afraid, instead widening her eyes to observe her surroundings.
"Yoko will be with me in the future, but you rascal have to come and see Yoko often, at least like before!"
Saying this, Tsunade's face showed a slight blush. Before, she would want him to visit her more than five days a week; whether for seeing the daughter or other things was another matter.
"I'm planning to move to a new place, and you should live with me when that happens, plus Yoko will have siblings..."
After saying this, Uchiha Yoichi noticed Tsunade's face showing hesitation, knowing she would definitely compromise for Yoko, so he continued, "That place is as large as a normal clan area, upstream of the Nankai River, approved with the Hokage's authority."

Uchiha Yoichi replied, "It's outside the village, so big, my actions are reasonable utilization!"
Turning her head, Tsunade teased her daughter and said, "We'll consider it once the new place is built..."
Seeing this, Uchiha Yoichi almost couldn't help but laugh; a forty-something stubborn young girl was truly rare, but after digesting the Life Energy, Tsunade's body condition was even younger than a twenty-year-old, practically a return to youth.
"By the way, is there any commotion outside?"
Tsunade raised her head to ask, although she hadn't heard any noise, her perception was genuine. The explosion of such strong Chakra, with even Kushina using Nine-tailed Chakra, didn't escape her attention during childbirth.

And once at the Six Paths Level, if Chakra's insufficient, one has to stop and extract; except if one is like Tsunade, who can store Chakra in the Yin Seal.
But Genetic Primordial Energy doesn't have this drawback, can always be stored within the body, and once initiated, can slowly develop through cultivation; with good talent, it can extend life and living a few hundred years is no problem.
"So soon? What about Yoko then, should Mikota or Minami look after her?"
