Chapter 860 - Extra Story: My Love for You Has Always Been Quiet_2

"Oh, I'm afraid today won't work." Harry said regretfully, "There's just too much homework today—besides Professor Ronan, Professor Sharp from the Magic Potion class also gave us a lot of assignments, you all should know, after all, Gryffindor's Magic Potion class is taken together with Slytherin."

"Right." Gareth said, somewhat wistfully, "Professor Sharp even gave me detention."

His expression was somewhat proud, but at this moment, Gareth didn't know that the enmity between Weasley and the Professor of Potions would continue even a hundred years later.

It was some sort of family legacy.

"Harry." Annie suddenly said.

"What's up?" Harry scratched his head and asked.

"If you trust me, you can give your homework to me." Annie said with a sly smile, "You know, I can multitask, I can totally help you with your homework, so you can go practice flying with Imelda."

"Can you really?" Harry's eyes lit up.

"Of course." Annie smiled softly, "Hmm—let me think, Professor Ronan should have left you with a project about the usage of the Summoning Charm, right?"

"How do you know?" Harry asked, surprised.

"Because Ronan also teaches us the Spell Class." Imelda said lazily.

"Oh..." Harry realized and handed over the notebook he was holding to Annie, "Then, then I'll trouble you..."

"It's no trouble at all, Harry." Annie took the notebook.

Out of nowhere, Sebastian suddenly appeared, watching Harry with a not-so-kind expression.

That look, clearly like guarding against a thief.

At some unknown point, Sebastian started regretting becoming friends with Harry—being friends meant Annie would also know Harry... But for some reason, since Annie met Harry, Sebastian felt that Annie's relationship with Harry seemed even better than that between them as siblings.

This was not a good thing!

"What are you guys doing?" Sebastian asked with a not-so-kind face.

"Nothing, Sebastian." Annie tugged on his sleeve, "Please don't just stand in the middle while others are talking, okay?"

"No, I want to get it clear!" Sebastian was clearly unhappy, he looked at the notebook in Annie's arms, then at Harry's cute face, sniffing and asking, "Did Harry bully you, making you do his homework? Did he? Annie?"

"No." Annie said serenely, "In the evening, Harry is going to practice flying with Imelda, I'm just helping him with an essay."

"Really?" Sebastian asked with some suspicion.

"Of course." Harry quickly said, "Seber, Annie really helped me a lot, I really ought to thank her properly..."

"That's what friends should do, Harry." Annie smiled, "I'll wait for you guys in the hall—no fighting, you two!"

After Annie left, Sebastian's expression turned fierce.

"Kid!" Sebastian said viciously, "You already have a Miss Malfoy, you should know her temperament—that pathological possessiveness, I can't stop Annie, but I hope you know, this is really bad for Annie, understood?"

"I really consider Annie a friend, Seber." Harry sighed and said, "Besides, Miss Malfoy isn't as scary as you say, I think she's quite approachable..."

Sebastian rolled his eyes and gave Harry a pair of disdainful white eyes.

Heh.

Miss Malfoy approachable?

That's with you...

"Anyway." Sebastian patted Harry on the shoulder, "If Annie even gets a tiny bit hurt, I'll give you a good beating! I swear!"

Harry immediately raised both hands, giving a standard salute from the Third French Empire.

That night, in the Slytherin common room, Sebastian found Annie sitting in a corner, intently correcting notes.

"Annie." Sebastian sat in front of Annie, speaking seriously, "I want to talk to you."

"Can you wait a moment?" Annie looked up, "I've just got a little left to finish correcting this week's notes."

"This week's notes?"

Sebastian suspiciously glanced at Annie, then looked down at the notebook, immediately recognizing that chicken-scratch handwriting.

He felt his blood pressure rise.

"Did that guy Harry make you correct notes?" he asked through gritted teeth.

"No." Annie added some details about the use of the Floating Spell after a passage, then drew a cute little smiley face after it.

"Then why are you doing this?" Sebastian questioned.

"Just doing it in passing, Sebastian." Annie smiled and looked up, "Harry is our friend, friends should help each other, don't you think?"

"But you shouldn't be correcting his notes!" Sebastian said seriously, "Listen, Annie—don't have any unnecessary thoughts about Harry, you know Miss Malfoy's temperament, her type of pathological possessiveness..."

Saying this, Sebastian said with a strange expression, "I don't want to say too much—just don't fall for that guy."

"I understand, Sebastian." Annie said with a placid expression.

You understand nothing...

Sebastian sighed, now he just wanted to pry open his sister's head to see what kind of pink fluffy things were inside...

"Forget it." Sebastian said, feeling a bit exhausted, "I've said what I needed to, I hope you understand my intentions, that's all..."

"I understand, Sebastian." Annie said calmly, "Thank you for the reminder."

Sebastian groaned inwardly.

Forget it, forget it...

I can't manage it.

He kind of wanted to give up now.

He knew his sister's character well and that she wouldn't turn back until she hit a wall.

Hopefully, Harry would listen a little... he thought to himself.

The next morning, as Harry was still having breakfast, Annie brought the notes to him.

"Here." Annie tilted her chin, "Your two essays are done, I based them on your handwriting, as long as you don't admit it, the professor won't find out."

"Thank you, Annie." Harry wiped his forehead, "You've really helped me a lot—"

"You're welcome." Annie gave him a smile, "Besides the homework, I also made some corrections to your notes, you can take a good look when you have time."

"Alright, thank you, Annie." Harry said sincerely.

After saying a few words, Annie returned to the Slytherin long table without saying much more.

And not far away, Cassandra didn't seem to pay this matter any mind, she didn't even look up to see what Annie and Harry thought.

As another woman, Annie considered that she understood Cassandra quite well.

She's a woman so arrogant to the extreme, she wouldn't even consider whether Harry would have a "change of heart", although she repeatedly claimed that Harry was just her little follower.

Many people believed Cassandra's nonsense in the first year, but after a few of those who dared to offend Harry transferred or dropped out, everyone scoffed at this woman's "claim".

I don't believe your nonsense, and following...

So, this kind of friendly interaction wouldn't matter to Cassandra.

It's perfectly normal for a little follower to have friends.

Just like Hufflepuff's Pabi Swedding and Slytherin's Annie, Miss Malfoy didn't care at all.
