"Honestly, I'm still a bit conflicted over the fact that my son has become so nonchalant about killing, I'm certainly not thrilled about it, but...I suppose I'll just have to move past it," Mom sighed wistfully.
"Yeah, probably for the best. I'm not going to change at this point, that line has been well and truly crossed," I replied with a wry smile.
"Right, guess there's no undoing the past. Now, then, let's get down to business, shall we?" She suggested, as she glanced at Zelmira, who nodded in response.
