As Aria's fist closed in on Vaszel, he began to lower his staff, but he was too slow, as Aria propelled her fist with a burst of Negative Energy from her elbow, a sharp crunch ringing out as her fist collided against the left side of his ribcage, caving it in upon impact.
Vaszel coughed out blood with a sharp wheeze, Aria's legs wobbling as she used up the last reserves of her energy and Descent wore off, before quickly and shakily crossing her arms in front of herself as he began to slash at her head with his spear.
As my own time limit with Descent ran out, I rapidly extended out a tendril of Negative Energy, grabbing Vaszel's wrist and bringing the swing of his arm to a halt, before a sharp gasp of pain rang out as he slammed his tail against Aria's solar plexus, sending her hurtling back before she crashed onto one of the pillars, cracks spreading out across it upon impact.
