Iruma blinked. "What do you mean you're not coming on the raid?" He asked Gran-Gran. He seemed like such a nice person too, it would make sense he would want to help.
"Me and a few officers have to stop the League, we caught wind of them in the mountains." Oh yeah, saving Tomura was important too. "We're also taking Mr Brave, since Miriko had jumped into the van heading to the compound and refused to come out."
"You are not going on this mission!" Nighteye shouted at the van.
"Anywhere my Kit goes, I go! That's nonnegotiable!"
"Wow, total Mommy. She really cares about you, little bro." Nejire-chan said from behind. "So funny seeing a rabbit call a wolf a kitten."
"No, Kit." Ochako spoke up. "It means she sees him as her baby." What? He wasn't a baby, he was a teenager!
"Again, I was only joking. I didn't know how far she was willing to take it." Dragon Lady was laughing for some reason. "Even if you manage to get her out of there, she's going to invade the compound herself when the raid starts. You don't need future sight to know that."
"I regret taking Kettei as my Work-Study, it's been nothing but a headache." He muttered. "Come on, we're on limited time as it is. We need to roll out."
"Wow, you weren't kidding. He's an asshole." Tsu told him as they got ready. "At least our mentors like us. You had to deal with that for two weeks?"
"Spite is my coffee, and I've become an addict." He smiled at her.
"Iruma, your eye is twitching." It was? "You really need to get a good night's sleep."
"Nah, I'm fine. I've just been feeling this head buzz for some reason lately." It was a bit annoying. "Once Eri is safe, I can focus all my attention on forgetting this entire experience altogether." And add Nighteye to the list of people he would forget about.
"As someone who's been pressing down everything they've been feeling lately, trust me when I say it's going to come out in an explosion of emotions when you least expect it."
"Oh I know when to expect it …" Iruma began walking to the van. "When I punch Overbird in the face." Really, really, hard.

The officer double checked everything. Men were armed, either with guns, teargas, riot shields, or stun batons. Pros were all prepared and ready to charge. Kids were … very angry. "Keep it together Kit, the last thing you want to do is leap in before you should." Miriko stood right by Kettei.
"That's what I've been trying to drill into him for the last two weeks, but he has your habit of 'instinct' over 'intellect' you know." Nighteye lightly tested the weight of his weapon, stamps. The world could be fucking weird at times.
"So you're saying I'm a better teacher then?" The rabbit hero smirked.
"No, I'm saying you are a terrible influence on the modern generation."
"Huh, inspiring kids to be more badass, or sit at a desk all day…yeah, I think I'm good being where I am."
"Didn't the last time you tried to challenge me you broke your hand because I dodged and you punched my desk?" Miriko actually twitched at that one. "Now then, officer, are your men ready?"
"Yes, the facility is surrounded. We located an exit point with sonar however, we could track it but the time would take far too long. If they make it, it's over."
"They won't get away." Uravity looked fiercely at her team. "We're going to stop them in their tracks no matter where they go."
"We're going to rip them to shreds!" Jack Ripper raised his blades in the air.
"I'm still not comfortable with letting so many kids in on this." Rock Lock stood right by Erasurehead, who looked conflicted on the matter himself.
"Oh relax, they'll take on this problem no sweat." Fatgum reassured me. "They've got spirit, isn't that right boys?"
"HECK YEAH!" Red Riot and Sugar Man shouted, Suneater less enthusiastically as he was patted by Creati.
"And I'll be sure to keep a close eye on you, problem child." Erasurehead gestured to the wolf kid. "You're able to keep a clear head when it comes to avoiding danger. Don't start losing that now."
"Understood Aiza-." The boy cut himself off. "Eraser-sensei?"
"Close enough." The teacher sighed. "That's enough talking. Get ready to move."
Receiving a nod from the chief, he raised his hand, inches from pressing the buz- "MOVE!" The boy shouted, running and pushing him out of the way, seconds from a fist demolishing the wall and nearly pulverizing where his skull would have been.
"Why did you all … ruin my nap!" Looks like they met one of the villains in question.

Ryukyu growled, transforming as she jumped him. "Go ahead, we'll take it from here!"
She could see Fatgum nod out of the corner of her eye. "You heard her, everyone head in-"
"Wait, something else is coming!" Kettei shouted, right before ANOTHER giant villain, almost an exact replica, broke through the steel gate with some guards backing him up.
"Haven't you ever heard of beauty, rest you bastards!" What? Did he have a clone quirk?
She was so distracted she didn't notice the hand grabbing her, feeling the drain along with the sound of sucking air. Fuck, this was the guy was the stamina drainer. "Go, go! Get in while you can!"
"We shall assist you! Gang Orca agency! Now's your time!" Gang Orca ordered his studies. "I'll assist Ryukyu, you work with her students on the copy!"
"I shall cut you to pieces!" Jack Mantis laughed, going in and attacking with blades. The Yakuza thugs around him acted as body shields. "Ya think this is enough to stop me!? I've been itching for a fight like this for the last two weeks!"
"I thought we had the element of surprise!" Rock Lock punched away the thugs that were coming at him.
"Clearly we didn't." Nighteye kicked a grunt far away. "We'll have to live without it. Leave it to Ryukyu and Gang Orca, everyone else in the compound, no matter who gets in the way!"
"On it! Cyclone Spinner!" Kettie rolled himself up and slashed his way through the wall of goons that were blocking their path.
She threw the villain into the wall, unable to keep him pinned without exhaustion taking hold. He already got a decent drain off her. "Uravity, get him in the air!"
"On it!" She rushed in, Nejire-Chan blasting him with lasers to keep him off guard. "Froppy, how are things on your end!"
"Could be better, could be worse!" The frog hero along with Vantablack avoided attack after attack, Froppy occasionally threw the rubble he created right back at him with her tongue.
Gang Orca got in close, about to sonar before he grunted, orange mist wafting off him. "They have … the same quirk …" The goons used his distraction to attack him, causing the hold to be let go.
"Of course we do, because we're awesome. We would be better if we had sleep!" The first one shouted, trying to flail in the air. Uravity looked worse for wear, the villain got a hold of her for a few seconds, a sudden drop in stamina combined with a giant muscle like that? She needed to end this fast. Hopefully the others weren't having problems like this.

The Yakuza tried their best … but most of them were accepted regardless of power by the old boss. The new one did the same, but the problem stayed the same. They sucked in fights. "We're getting creamed!"
"Just hold out damn it!" There wasn't much they could do, especially when his own quirk was just turning plant leaves into blades, and they were inside, where there were no plants whatsoever.
Maybe they could have coordinated better where he was within the grassy field, but hindsight is twenty twenty when you're fighting for your life. "Wow, I swear these Yakuza goons get easier to take down the more I run into them." Oh, and there were FUCKING three top ten they were up against, the one storming the compound happened to be a battle hungry fighting bunny!
"Maybe if you let your guard down I'll get lucky and watch you get out of commission." Another hero spoke, raising a hand as bullets stopped mid air, before punching a few of them unconscious."
"You can only hope for it, key teeth."
"That's a terrible thing to hope for. Why would you want a hero to not be able to do their job?" The wolf kid didn't understand banter, did he?
"It's a bit of a dark banter Kit. We don't mean it, it just creates an easy tension to help us focus and get the weak ass villains riled up so they don't plan well." Hindsight was a bitch, they were just charging in without a plan!
"Oh, so Bakugo doesn't mean it when he keeps telling me to die! I thought that sounded weird for a second." He doesn't know why, but he didn't believe him.
"Kid, please…I can only take so much…" The blue skinned hero held in a laugh as she took down more men with fucking bubbles of all things, blinding them before pinning them to the ground.
"Like I said, being a clown suits your Kettei, you don't know how much of a fool you are." The guy next to him was pinned with a fucking stamp. How did they never realize how weird the world was?
"At least I'm not stupid enough to leave a little girl alone in the hands of a bastard."
"Oh, so you met Eri." He mumbled. He heard she got away at one point. Unfortunately it turned out to be the wrong thing to say.
"You knew." And now he's being pinned before his brain can process what's happening. "Why would you work for a bastard like him?" The wolf kid asked, a claw next to his head.
"A brat like you wouldn't understand. When you're cast into the shadows, there's only so many people who give a damn about you." He attempted to put on the best brave face possible. "You gotta do whatever it takes to survive. One girl's life is nothing…." He felt his head getting pushed through the floor.
"No life…is worth nothing! Your working with a bastard that tortures a girl for a drug!" He shouted, dangerously close as his cheek starts to bleed-
"Kettei, stop it!" The boy pulls back. "You're a hero, you have no right to do anything other than subdue, you do not excessively harm a villain unless there is no other choice." Nighteye saved him … huh.
"Trust me Kit, it's a struggle we all go through." Miriko sighed. "Don't throw everything you've worked hard for over one goon."
"We don't work for Overhaul." His partner spoke up, unable to stand as if the stamp weighed him down. "We work for the old boss. We stay loyal too him … and no one is more loyal to that man then Overhaul, no matter how fucked up he is."
"So whatever he says, you do?" The kid in the cape asked with a growl.
"The old boss did too much to create this community … we weren't not gonna let it rot away because of one man."
"That doesn't excuse your crimes." The big round hero spoke, looking down on them. No, it didn't, but what other choice did they have? Die with honor and let the community rot anyway as it was filled with horrible people?
"That's enough for now. I know where to go from here." Nighteye charged ahead. "There's a secret passageway that'll lead to the underground chambers."
"Nice try." One guy grinned. "You'll never figure out how to get in." The hero simply cracked his hands, before moving the pot to the side, sliding tiles without looking and spinning the picture upside down as it revealed a panel, shifting the symbols into yin and yang before the wall opened. "... HOW!?"
"I used my quirk on one of your men quite a while ago, from there I just memorized it before we started." Damn it, talented assholes were the worst!
"You go on ahead! Bubble girl and I will keep the men secure and make sure no one else follows." The centipede man told Nighteye as the rest of the heroes made their way down.

"It seems they've entered sir." Chronostasis reported to them both. "Four Agencies and Miriko." Shit, that was a lot of muscle and power they had going on.
"Hmm … as much as i'd love to demolish Suzuki personally, Eri and the plan come first." Overhaul stood up. "We'll grab her and retreat … Mimic." He turned to his boss. "You can let loose, do anything you can to slow them down."
Oh, this was gonna be fun! Mimic grabbed a vial of trigger sitting on the wall. "Don't worry boss, they'll never get past me." He injected it into his neck. "I'll end them personally!" A chance to crush everyone, including the brat that caused them so much trouble was an opportunity he wasn't going to miss!
He felt the tigger coursing through his veins, the power, the unbridled power! He could mimic the world itself! He laughed as he jumped into the walls, swimming around, time to cause some chaos!
