Chapter 7 - Perfect!

The following morning, sunlight spilled lazily through the windows of the Yuuki house. Haru was already in the living room, organizing the boxes from yesterday's salon visit. Setsuna entered, rubbing her eyes and yawning, carrying a cup of coffee.

"Morning, Haru," she said softly. "You're up early again."

"Morning," Haru replied with a calm smile. "I thought I'd get a head start. It'll make the day smoother when we go to the salon again."

'He's always prepared… always so reliable,' Setsuna thought, noticing the careful way he stacked the supplies. 'It makes me feel… secure.'

Riruru appeared from the kitchen, holding a small tray of toast and juice. "I made breakfast," she said cheerfully, setting it down on the table. "Thought you might like something before we head out."

"Thanks, Riruru," Haru said, pouring juice into cups for both women. 'Keep both attentive… give them small touches of care without letting either feel favored.'

---

Zeno entered, stretching and casually checking his phone. "Morning, everyone! Ready for the day?" He leaned against the doorway, eyes briefly on Riruru. 'Haru's just a kid… nothing suspicious here,' he thought confidently.

Kyusuke appeared at the door soon after, holding a package for Setsuna from his shop. "Thought I'd bring this along before we leave," he said smoothly, his tone casual but lingering just enough on her to draw attention. "Can't have you carrying everything by yourself."

Riruru glanced at him, puzzled but obedient. 'He seems casual… nothing odd.'

Haru smiled faintly inside. 'Both husbands active, both wives trusting me… and neither husband suspects anything. Perfect.'

---

By mid-morning, the car was loaded with salon supplies. Haru carefully balanced the heavier boxes, letting Setsuna carry lighter ones. With each step, their hands brushed, seemingly accidental but leaving a small warmth lingering.

"Here, let me help with that," Haru said, taking a heavier box from Setsuna. "You don't need to strain yourself."

'He's so thoughtful… and stronger than he looks,' Setsuna thought, feeling her chest tighten.

Riruru followed with her tote, and Zeno quickly offered to carry it for her. "Here, let me help," he said, placing a hand gently on the small of her back as he guided her toward the car.

Kyusuke, walking beside Setsuna, leaned slightly closer to help her balance a box. "Careful… don't want it falling." He spoke casually, yet the subtle intimacy of the gesture didn't go unnoticed by Haru.

'They act, they intervene… and yet they remain completely blind,' Haru thought with a faint smirk.

---

On the drive to the salon, Haru suggested a small detour through a park. "It'll give us a short break before unloading everything, and it's nice to enjoy the morning air."

Setsuna hesitated. "Isn't that a little out of the way?"

Haru smiled reassuringly. "Just a short stop. You'll like it. I promise it's worth it."

Riruru leaned forward, curious. "A park sounds fun! We can stretch our legs too."

Zeno, walking beside her as they got out of the car, offered to carry her bag. "Here, I'll take this. You don't need to worry about it." His hand brushed hers as he passed the tote, completely natural in appearance.

Kyusuke, positioning himself near Setsuna, said casually, "I'll carry this one too. Can't let you tire yourself before the work starts."

Haru, observing both men, inwardly smirked. 'Both active, both trying… yet completely unaware. Everything bending toward me without a hint of suspicion.'

---

At the park, they set the boxes down on a bench. Haru helped Setsuna arrange smaller items while guiding Riruru with subtle gestures, ensuring both women were included. They laughed at small mishaps—a dropped paper here, a spilled juice there—and Haru used the moments to provide gentle assistance.

'Attention without favoritism… both curious and engaged… and the husbands remain blind,' he thought.

Zeno and Kyusuke continued their interventions: Zeno joking with Riruru about lifting heavier items, Kyusuke offering guidance to Setsuna, each physical gesture masked as casual help. Haru allowed it, letting their own schemes reinforce his position as the "reliable helper."

---

By noon, they were back in the car, the supplies now safely secured. Haru carried the heaviest boxes himself, while the women settled in, slightly flushed from the activity.

"I think we managed everything well today," Haru said casually, smiling.

Setsuna's cheeks warmed. "Yes… thanks to you, Haru. I feel like I can rely on you for almost everything now."

Riruru added, "You make everything seem so effortless. I don't know how you do it."

Haru leaned back, quietly satisfied. 'Setsuna is leaning toward me… Riruru intrigued… and neither husband suspects anything. Step by step, everything moves in my favor.'

Zeno muttered to himself, frustrated, "I need to make sure I'm noticed… can't let him take all the attention."

Kyusuke frowned, thinking, 'She's following instructions, but… something about him feels natural. Why does Setsuna smile at him so easily?' He quickly dismissed the thought, convinced Haru was just a polite boy.

---

The ride home was filled with laughter and quiet chatter. Both Setsuna and Riruru felt a subtle attachment to Haru, completely unaware of the true dynamics at play. Emotional dependence for Setsuna was beginning to solidify, while Riruru's curiosity grew steadily.

Haru leaned back, watching them. 'One step closer… the first heart leaning toward me, another intrigued… all while the husbands remain oblivious. Perfect.'
