The beams of the HYDRA Base collapsed, walls and dirt indistinguishable, the entire Base being destroyed.
Rooms caved in, huge chunks of reinforced concrete smashed to the ground, along with office desks, instruments, and equipment.
The Base was like a violent earthquake uprooted by Leo's terrifying magnetic force.
Countless HYDRA soldiers, managers, and squad leaders either died or fled.
But where could they escape? Elevators and passages were obliterated.
The Base was in ruins — whatever futuristic control it once had was now gone.
Leo stood tall above the wreckage, magnetic force radiating from his palms like a judgment from a god.
He clenched his hand toward the crumbling HYDRA Base, his eyes flashing a cold, merciless glint.
"Rise for me!!"
His deep voice reverberated like a final verdict.
As he lifted his hand, the magnetic storm caused the Base to slowly ascend, as if defying gravity.
Rumble! Rumble!
Rocks rolled across the mountains, which looked like they had been bombed by countless super missiles.
Dust filled the sky, the commotion audible hundreds of miles away, alarming the Russian military.
Leo gripped the mountain with his right hand, legs pushing against the sky.
Under the gaze of satellites, he flew freely, holding a mountain range seven or eight kilometers long.
It was insane. Countless people stared dumbfounded — silence fell everywhere.
Is this still human? No. Beyond human capability.
As he flew, people noticed soldiers and HYDRA operatives falling from the mountain range, their fates unknown.
In Russia, the Defense Officer watched in horror, heart pounding.
Those falling were HYDRA soldiers — a bitter irony. Their greatest enemy had been hiding in plain sight, deep in their territory, completely unnoticed.
If one day they had detonated an atomic bomb here, the consequences would have been catastrophic.
Cold sweat dripped down the Defense Officer's back.
"Thank God… thank the Eastern God… he saved countless Russians!" he muttered.
But his relief quickly turned to rage.
"Someone! Immediately deploy all metal and life detectors! Search every mountain and desolate land in the country!"
"I refuse to believe this is the only HYDRA Base. There must be two, three, or even ten more!"
"There are so many remote mountains. These rats are hiding deep!"
Orders went out, mobilizing massive manpower and resources. National security was paramount.
Across the world, American high-ranking officials were equally shocked.
Their supposed victory over HYDRA decades ago had been incomplete — the enemy was alive and brazenly uprooted.
The Secretary of State bellowed, enraged:
"F***! F***! Damn HYDRA! Persistent filthy creatures!"
"Someone! Issue orders! Dig three feet deep across all mountains and deserts in America! These scum are hiding here too!"
Video conferences relayed these orders at astonishing speed.
Leaders worldwide watched Leo's every move with bated breath.
Was he a destroyer? A seeker of revenge? A god of justice punishing HYDRA?
No one believed he was a mindless villain; if he wanted chaos, he wouldn't have waited this long.
Minutes later, Leo arrived at a desolate permafrost plateau where no innocents would be harmed.
He hurled the HYDRA Base into the ground with immense force.
Boom!!
The earth shook violently for dozens of miles. Even the frozen ground cracked, forming a giant crater over two meters deep.
Every HYDRA soldier in the Base was crushed.
In Leo's perception, only one remained — the Winter Soldier, clinging desperately to a pillar.
