"O stars that adorn the ancient sky! Become a divine rain to purify the world! Become a path that shines with light! Delta Accel Synchro! Level 12! Stardust Divine Light Dragon - Zero!"
A golden, holy light flared in the void behind Jack. Illuminated by this sacred light, Bruno's D-Wheel shot out of the void, followed closely by a new, massive white dragon emitting a divine aura.

"Simply astounding! Following Cosmic Blazar Dragon, Duelist Bruno has once again demonstrated Delta Accel Synchro, a state that surpasses even Accel Synchro!" The Female Commentator swallowed, exclaiming in awe.
She had once believed that no duelist in this world could possibly be stronger than Jack. After all, since his debut, not even the previous King had lasted more than three turns against him. But now, Bruno, who had appeared out of nowhere, was able to fight Jack to this extent. And from the looks of it, Jack actually seemed to be at a disadvantage?
"This is the strength of our Synchro Dimension's top-tier duelists!" the Female Commentator exclaimed proudly after collecting herself.
"Master Jack and Bruno, you both have to give it your all!" the Female Commentator shouted passionately, completely disregarding her status as an official commentator, prompting the cameraman behind her to constantly give her meaningful looks.
As the duel progressed, more and more commoners who were initially hesitant left their homes to join the ranks of the protesting crowds.
Furthermore, low-ranking soldiers from Neo Domino City continuously defected to the Revolutionary Army. On the screens before the five elders in the Municipal Building, red alerts blared nonstop, but they were now too preoccupied to deal with them.
The reason was simple.
The elite squad led by Kiryu and Yūga Hōzumi had successfully breached the Municipal Building's defenses and appeared inside the conference room.
"This ends now, Kiryu. What is it you want?" Seeing how the situation had developed, the elders quickly changed their tune, speaking to the intruding Kiryu with feigned benevolence. "Is it money or power?"
"Order your people to retreat, and tomorrow, you will be the supreme commander of Neo Domino City. You'll have endless riches and glory, and even the five of us will be at your beck and call. How about it?" the lead elder said urgently.
Hearing this, Kiryu and Yūga Hōzumi exchanged a look, then couldn't help but burst into laughter together.
"Looks like I won," Yūga Hōzumi said with a smile.
"Indeed. It seems you have a much more thorough understanding of the true face of these capitalists," Kiryu said, shaking his head helplessly. He pulled a coin from his pocket and tossed it to Yūga Hōzumi.
Before entering, the two had made a bet on how these capitalists would act when cornered. Kiryu believed they would fight to the bitter end, but Yūga Hōzumi thought otherwise. They had wagered a single coin on the outcome.
Just as Yūga Hōzumi had predicted, these capitalists were willing to abandon all scruples to protect their own wealth.
Kiryu and Yūga Hōzumi's attitude made the hearts of the five elders pound. The leader pressed urgently, "What have you decided, Kiryu? We can give you everything you want! Why must you tear things down with us over a bunch of rabble?"
"And you, sir, you're from the XYZ Dimension, aren't you? Let us go, and all of Neo Domino City's resources can be yours to use. We will even help you defeat the Fusion Dimension!" Seeing Kiryu merely sneer without speaking, another elder turned to address Yūga Hōzumi.
"I think the lampposts suit them better, don't you?" Yūga Hōzumi shrugged. "The ones outside are a bit too plain. It would be a waste of talent not to hang these colorful characters from them."
"That's an excellent suggestion, but it will have to wait until after their crimes have been judged by the very people they once oppressed," Kiryu said.
"Alright, you're the boss," Yūga Hōzumi nodded, then looked around, noticing someone was missing from the large hall.
"It seems the spy from the Fusion Dimension has already fled," Yūga Hōzumi said. "It would be disastrous if he went back for reinforcements. I'll leave this to you; I'm going to take care of him."
"Need help?" Kiryu asked.
"Taking Kaito and the others will be enough. You stay here. After Bruno wins, you'll still need to prepare a victory speech!" Yūga Hōzumi waved his hand and turned to walk out.

Bruno and Jack's duel continued. After summoning the new Delta Accel Synchro monster, Bruno didn't stop, but instead revealed another card.
"I activate the Spell Card, Double Summon!"
"This turn, I can perform one more Normal Summon!"
"I summon T.G. Propeller Snake in Attack Position!"
