This place originally experienced a naval siege when the Seven Warlords were abolished, but after Crocodile sank a warship and destroyed the Life Paper, the Navy couldn't track it accurately.
And with the recent outbreak of major events, the Navy has no time to spare, allowing this newly established Four Emperors Team to thrive recently, especially after someone claimed a bounty by taking down a Navy Vice Admiral...
On the east side of the island lies a natural harbor, serving as the docking point for members of the Cross Guild. At this moment, a group of pirates gathered together, shouting at the ships sailing from the coast:
"Hurry up! Buggy's brothers, the Four Emperors 'Disaster' are coming. If we don't welcome them properly and let Lord Buggy think we can't handle things, none of you will be spared!"
