(KRYSTAL'S POV)
The first thing I notice when I start to wake up is the light.
It's bright.
Too bright for early morning.
I blink slowly, my eyes adjusting as I stare at the ceiling. For a second, I just lie there, still caught somewhere between sleep and consciousness, trying to figure out why something feels… off.
Then it hits me.
This isn't my room.
My brows pull together slightly as I shift, and that's when I feel it.
An arm, wrapped around my waist.
My breath catches just a little as the rest of it settles in.
The solid press of a body behind me. Bare skin against mine. The slow, steady rise and fall of someone else's breathing at my back.
Angelo.
And just like that, everything comes rushing back.
The pool.
The way he looked at me.
The way he kissed me.
What he said.
And what we did after.
