Doflamingo's officers, eager for a fight, charged forward with their army to meet the enemy.
The roar of cannons, the crack of rifles, filled the air.
The ordinary citizens of Dressrosa had already fled, seeking refuge in the non-combat zones.
Loki was at the forefront of the charge. He and Pica came face to face.
