The shockwaves slowly faded.
The violent winds that swept across Zerathis weakened little by little until the world finally grew quiet again.
Dust clouds drifted across the broken plains.
Entire mountain ranges had vanished.
The sky itself still looked distorted from the scale of the battle.
Then Alzwalt raised his hand.
Golden divine light spread outward from his palm like waves across the world.
The shattered land began reconstructing itself.
Broken mountains reformed.
Collapsed forests regrew.
Cracked earth sealed itself together.
Even the damaged atmosphere slowly stabilized beneath the warmth of divine restoration.
Britanya watched the light spread through Zerathis.
"You're fixing the entire surface…"
Alzwalt shrugged casually.
"If we leave it like this the ecosystem will collapse."
His golden wings slowly faded.
"So I'm cleaning up."
Tessandra meanwhile looked toward John quietly.
"…are you okay?"
John turned toward her.
Then smiled faintly.
"I'm fine."
Tessandra stared at the white mask covering his face.
"Take off your mask."
Kaelven blinked.
In his head he thought:
…I've never seen the real appearance of John.
For a moment—
Silence.
Then—
John's black suit dissolved into particles.
The white mask faded away.
Long blue hair flowed down naturally.
Ocean-blue eyes.
A regal yet calm expression.
He wore a blue-and-white jacket and pants marked with elegant striped patterns alongside blue sandals.
Tall.
Charismatic.
Pragmatic.
Even Kaelven stared for a second.
John casually placed both hands in his pockets.
"Are you fine now?"
Tessandra smiled softly.
"I like looking at you."
Alzwalt burst out laughing immediately.
"Hey y'all could wait until you're back home you know."
Britanya instantly smacked him in the back of the head.
"Shut up idiot."
"OW—"
John ignored them.
His gaze shifted forward.
Deep within the forest ahead A massive giant tree stood silently.
Ancient.
Towering.
Its roots stretched endlessly through the lands of Zerathis.
John slowly walked toward it.
Step.
Step.
Step.
Then placed his hand against the trunk.
The tree vibrated faintly.
And John closed his eyes.
Planet Kael'Ar — Valhalla
The Hero's Association had been rebuilt.
Larger, more Stronger and Cleaner.
The symbol of the association now stood proudly above the city once more.
Upstairs Kaelen stood near the massive window overlooking Valhalla.
The city lights reflected in his eyes.
Behind him Jess sat quietly with crossed legs.
Kimotsu leaned against the wall with his sword beside him.
Faith sat calmly drinking tea.
Denma rested both arms behind his head while sitting on the couch.
And Gene Wrapped completely in a blanket..Was asleep on the floor.
Jess finally broke the silence.
"Now that the association is rebuilt…"
She looked toward Kaelen.
"…what's the next move?"
Kaelen slowly turned around.
His eyes were calm.
Resolved.
"I'm going to expose them."
Everyone looked at him silently.
Kaelen continued.
"Hades and June escaped."
"That means they'll continue their experiments."
His voice hardened slightly.
"So before they can manipulate the public again…"
"…I'll reveal the truth myself."
Denma grinned faintly.
"Tch."
"Now that sounds like a real leader."
Faith smiled softly.
Kimotsu closed his eyes.
And Gene mumbled in his sleep.
"…kill the fake heroes…"
Then immediately started snoring again.
Jess looked at Kaelen quietly.
And for the first time The rebuilt Hero's Association actually felt like it belonged to heroes.
City of Norn -
Inside a quiet home Tavren sat comfortably on the couch reading a newspaper.
Upstairs Selene cleaned casually while humming softly.
The television continued playing the daily news broadcast.
Then—
Tavren lowered the newspaper slightly.
Because on the screen he saw Kaelen.
Standing before the public Calm and Confident.
"The leader of the Hero's Association, June Augustus and the heroes Gina and Hades have been conducting experiments on humans."
The audience watching the broadcast gasped.
Kaelen continued firmly.
"When we discovered the truth we dealt with Gina, But Hades and June escaped."
He looked directly into the camera.
"But don't worry."
"For the safety of the citizens…we will always remain on high alert as the heroes of the world."
The audience erupted into applause.
Tavren stared at the screen quietly.
Then slowly smiled.
"…that's my son."
