The moment she entered the kitchen and dining area, her eyes widened. The dining table was already covered with food. There were several different dishes arranged neatly across the table, steaming rice, freshly cooked vegetables, creamy soup, grilled fish, roasted chicken, and a variety of side dishes. The delicious aroma filled the room.
Coral stared in surprise. "Liam... did you make all of this?"
"Of course."
"By yourself?"
"Yep."
A wave of guilt settled in her chest. Not only was Liam handling the office work, but he was also managing the house in his parents' absence, including cooking for all three of them. She should help him. After all, Danzel had told her to cook.
Yet she hadn't prepared a single meal.
Not once had Liam complained about it. In fact, he had continued doing everything himself without mentioning it, quietly taking on all the responsibilities alone.
