South Grant looked down, wanting to see what she had kicked. As she lowered her head, she saw the gray-white thing at her feet under the moonlight.
At this moment, South Grant screamed, and Nathan Foster thought she encountered something. He pulled her over and jumped back with her in his arms.
Then he saw a skeleton where South Grant had just been standing.
Nathan Foster hadn't noticed it earlier, and as South Grant walked, she had kicked the skeleton apart.
Nathan Foster wrapped one arm around South Grant's waist and used the other to hold her in his arms, gently patting her.
"It's okay, I'm here."
It took a while before South Grant regained her composure.
Nathan Foster saw that South Grant was feeling better, so he released her and walked toward the skeleton.
At this moment, South Grant dared not let go of him, tightly gripping his hand. Seeing Nathan Foster go over, she followed him.
