Maeve thought to herself, Gage makes a good point. If she stays in her hometown, Gage can come over and hang out with her every weekend. But if she revives her career and gets busy with work, she definitely won't have much time to spend with Gage.
That's exactly what she wanted.
She agreed readily, "Fine, I'll go back, but before that, I need some time to deal with the matters at the store and discuss the details of my comeback with the agency. It's not like I can pack up and leave tomorrow just because I want to go back."
Gage smiled and nodded, "As long as you're willing to come back, that's good."
He said as he lowered his head to kiss Maeve, but Maeve pushed him away, "Go take a shower."

The air was filled with a sensual atmosphere.
"Want one?" A slim lady's cigarette was offered to Maeve.
Maeve sat up, wrapped in a blanket, smoothing her sweat-stuck hair, and propped up the pillow behind her before leaning back.
