Jack Hawthorne also noticed something off in Gage Grant's eyes.
Usually, Gage despised these folk singers. Every time they went to a bar and heard someone singing folk songs, he would invariably curse them for whining without reason.
But at this moment, he was completely focused on the female singer on stage.
His eyes were smiling, and his lips curled into a wicked grin, with a slightly greasy look in his eyes.
"Damn!" Jack leaned over, following Gage's gaze to the stage, "Do you like this sticky song or that pink-haired girl?"
Gage smiled and said, "Isn't it pleasant?"
"Haha," Jack dug his ear in disbelief, "You went out at noon to light a cigarette for someone. You think I didn't see?"
Gage smiled without saying anything.
Jack leaned close to his ear and whispered, "Fourth Young Master Grant, lighting a cigarette for someone willingly? You're in heat!"
"Never dated someone like this, can't I try?"
