The masked stranger slowly stepped out of the shadows.
He was nearly seven feet tall, wearing black armor with glowing green lines running across it. Razor-sharp metal claws extended from his gloves, and a silver wolf emblem was engraved on his chest.
Peter swallowed.
"Who... are you?"
The stranger smirked beneath his mask.
"My name is **Venom Fang**."
"I work for the Genesis Corporation."
"And you..."
He pointed at Peter.
"...are their missing experiment."
Peter frowned.
"Experiment? I'm not anyone's experiment!"
Venom Fang laughed.
"The insect that bit you wasn't an accident."
"It was created to produce the perfect hybrid warrior."
"But you stole our success."
Peter clenched his fists.
"I didn't ask for these powers."
"That doesn't matter."
Venom Fang's eyes glowed green.
"My orders are simple."
"Capture Peter Parker."
"Alive... if possible."

Before Peter could react, Venom Fang dashed forward at incredible speed.

Peter barely ducked as metal claws sliced through the concrete wall behind him.

Chunks of cement flew everywhere.
Peter fired a web.

The web wrapped around Venom Fang's arm.
"Got you!"
Venom Fang smiled.
"You call this a trap?"
He flexed his muscles.

The web tore apart as if it were paper.
Peter's eyes widened.
"He broke my web?!"
Venom Fang punched the ground.

The impact created a shockwave that threw Peter across the factory.

Peter smashed into a pile of rusty barrels.

Before Peter could stand, Venom Fang was already in front of him.
A claw slashed toward Peter's chest.

He collapsed onto the cold concrete floor.

A scientist watched the entire battle through security footage.
He smiled as Peter's Beast Form appeared on the screen.
"Remarkable."
"Subject P reached Stage Two much sooner than expected."
He turned toward a row of giant glass chambers.
Inside each chamber floated a different mutated creature.
Some looked human.
Some looked like beasts.
One slowly opened its glowing blue eyes.
The scientist grinned.
"Prepare Project Chimera."
"If Peter Parker survived the mutation..."
"Let's see if he can survive... our strongest creation."
