Chapter 2 - A upgrade

Beth and Summer entered the house, their voices echoing through the hallway. He stepped out to greet them, his new clothes hugging his muscular frame perfectly. Beth paused mid-step, her eyes widening slightly as she took in his transformed appearance. Summer just blinked confusedly. "Morty?" Beth asked cautiously.

" that's right it's me."

"What... happened to you?" Beth stammered, trying to process the changes. Summer tilted her head, squinting at him like he was a puzzle she couldn't quite solve. "You're... buff," Summer commented, stating the obvious. "And your face..."

"I'm pretty sure Grandpa Rick had a fail-safe in mind in case he died My body would upgrade itself so I could protect myself and make me smarter." This was a convenient line he came up with which would explain his physique and intelligence.

Beth raised an eyebrow, suspicious but momentarily sidetracked by his explanation. "Rick... designed safeguards for your body? That sounds... oddly comforting, Morty." Summer, however, crossed her arms skeptically. "Sounds like a load of sci-fi crap to me. How are we supposed to believe you're just suddenly smart and jacked?"

"Because of this." He pulled out his portal gun and opened a portal to a planet made of cheese

As the portal activated, a swirling vortex opened in the living room, revealing a landscape made entirely of cheese—cheese mountains, cheese rivers, and even cheese trees with brie leaves. Beth gasped, covering her mouth in shock. Summer's jaw dropped open, her skepticism instantly evaporated. "Cheese planet?!" she exclaimed, eyes wide with wonder.

"Believe me now?!"

"Okay... okay, I believe you," Summer admitted, her eyebrows furrowed in amazement. Beth, on the other hand, looked concerned. "Morty, listen... this is all... incredible. But Rick's not here to guide you anymore." He smirked slightly at that.

"Trust me, Mom I won't do anything crazy." He said the essence of breeder affecting them slightly.

Beth blinked, her pupils dilating for a moment as his Breeder Essence washed over her. A strange flush crept up her neck—something she dismissed as heat. "Right... of course you won't." Her voice was softer than usual, slightly distracted. Summer swayed slightly, shaking her head like she had a sudden dizzy spell. "What the hell...?" she muttered, rubbing her temples.

"OK, then I'll be back. There's a universe. I'm going to visit real quick." He said, As he stepped through the portal, the lush green forest of the new universe enveloped him. The air was fresh and clean, filled with the scents of pine and earth. Birds sang melodiously in the trees, and a gentle breeze rustled through the leaves.

he walked forward a little bit before he saw the boy looked about ten years old, messy brown hair, green eyes, and a slightly awkward posture. He was diligently gathering sticks for what he was probably going to do with them. He barely noticed Morty's presence, focused entirely on his task. Morty stood perfectly still, observing the boy's every movement - a young version of Ben Tennyson, the hero with the Omnitrix.

Ben collapsed to the ground unconscious, the Omnitrix glowing faintly on his wrist. Morty knelt down and examined the device carefully. His Ultimate Mind immediately began analyzing the Omnitrix's alien technology—DNA manipulation, transformation matrices, species catalogs. He pressed his hand against the Omnitrix, feeling its power resonate.

With lightning speed, Morty carried the unconscious Ben through the portal and into the garage. He triggered a series of advanced scanners, each one focusing on a different aspect of the Omnitrix. One machine analyzed its material composition, another its energy output, and a third its internal programming.

Morty's Ultimate Mind conceived and constructed a time dilation chamber in mere seconds. He placed Ben and the Omnitrix inside, activated the black hole generator, and set the time acceleration to a million times normal speed. Hours passed in an instant as the machines worked to reverse-engineer the Omnitrix's technology.

After an accelerated million hours of work, Morty had successfully reverse-engineered the Omnitrix into a nanobot system. He now had complete control over every alien DNA sequence within the original device. But he didn't stop there. He enhanced each alien form, giving them "Ultimate"

The nanobots surged through the Omnitrix, rewriting every DNA sequence. He now possessed "Ultimate Forms" for every alien—evolved versions capable of surviving almost any environment. But he pushed further, granting himself "Master Control," allowing instant transformation without the recharge. And most terrifyingly, he could "Combine Aliens"

The nanobots hummed with power as they integrated the final modifications. Morty stepped back, admiring his work. The Omnitrix now glowed with a deep crimson hue instead of its original green. He had completely overhauled the device: Ultimate Forms for every alien, Master Control unlocked, and the ability to combine two alien DNAs into a single hybrid form. The possibilities were endless.

The nanobots flooded through his bloodstream, settling into his body with a strange, alien tingle. He could feel them crawling under his skin, weaving into his nervous system. They were now permanently bonded to his DNA—every cell in his body was now host to the nanobot Omnitrix technology. He was no longer just using the device; he WAS the device.

Morty repositioned Ben exactly where he had found him, sticks scattered around him just as before. The boy was still unconscious, the Omnitrix inactive on his wrist. He opened a portal back to the garage, the time dilation field shutting down automatically. He emerged back in the garage, his body humming with the power of a million aliens, all evolved, all under his complete control.

As Morty finished his task, he stepped back, the nanobots sealing the cut on his palm perfectly. He was now a living Omnitrix—every cell in his body was infused with advanced alien technology. He could transform instantly, combine alien forms at will, and unlock the "Ultimate" potential of every species.

Stepping out of the garage, Morty felt a newfound confidence and power flowing through his veins. The nanobots buzzed quietly, ready for his command. He walked casually back into the house, pretending nothing had happened. Beth was in the kitchen, Summer was on her phone in the living room.

Morty entered the kitchen, acting nonchalant. Beth was washing dishes, humming a tune. She glanced over at him, "Hey Morty, can you grab the milk from the fridge for me?" Morty opened the fridge, his mind racing with alien possibilities.

Morty grabbed the milk, handing it to Beth without a word. She gave him a curious look—he was acting a bit... different. "Thanks, Morty." She took the milk and placed it on the counter, turning back to her dishes. Summer's phone buzzed in the living room, a sharp ringtone that had Morty's attention. "MORTY!"

Morty's head snapped towards the sound of Summer's shout. "What?!" he called back, his tone a bit sharper than usual. Beth looked concerned, setting down her dish towel. "Summer, don't yell at your brother," she chided gently. Summer stomped into the kitchen, phone in hand, face red with anger.

"Mom, look at this!" Summer held up her phone, showing Beth some social media post that had clearly upset her. Morty stood there, milk in hand, completely forgettable in the midst of his sisters' drama. Beth's expression softened, "Oh honey, that's just—"

"MOM! This is literally so rude! Look!" Summer thrust the phone towards Beth, her thumb scrolling frantically through the comments. Beth raised an eyebrow, still skeptical. "It's not a big deal—" "YES IT IS! Look at this comment!" Summer's voice spiked, "This bitch said I'm a 'repped off a basic pose!"

"Hand me that summer I'll handle it." He said, using his intelligence to quickly assess the post, then respond accordingly.

"Hand me that summer I'll handle it." He said, Summer scoffed, "Why would you—" but thrust the phone at him anyway. Beth watched curiously. Morty's Ultimate Mind instantly processed the entire thread—the original post, the heated comments, the influencers involved, the drama ecosystem. He saw the patterns, the trigger points, the key players. Within seconds, he drafted a response that would shut down the entire conflict permanently.

Morty typed rapidly, his fingers flying across the screen. He didn't just respond; he dismantled. He identified the influencer who started the drama, exposing her fabricated origins and undisclosed sponsorships. He traced the "basic pose" comment back to a paid bot army. Within minutes, the entire thread collapsed, the culprits deleting their accounts in panic. Summer stared at her phone in shock.

Summer's jaw dropped as she watched the drama unfold and then suddenly disappear. She scrolled furiously, seeing deleted comments, vanished accounts, and her original post trending with positive reactions instead of hate. "Morty... how did you..." Beth looked equally stunned, "What did you do?"

Morty shrugged, passing the phone back to Summer with that familiar deadpan expression. Inside, he felt a tiny thrill—this was nothing. He'd just manipulated an entire social media storm with a fraction of his intellect. A year ago this would've overwhelmed him. Now it was like swatting a fly.

Summer stared at him, mouth still open. "Holy shit, Morty."
