Opening his eyes naruto just stared 'I can't see anything' and indeed everything was covered in darkness the sky the ground and everything in between, there wasn't any stars or a moon either so he decided to check on what exactly he was laying on. Getting up and Summoning his [ambu armor] it manifested from yellow sparks a full body suit of skin tight black cloth and grey armor in key areas and finally a whole fox mask white red markings, then he Summoning his [Sage cloak]
It too appearing out of yellow sparks, looking around and slowly walking he noticed a drop off he couldn't seen anything until he caught his reflection ' is this black water?' Indeed it was having nothing better to do and assuming time worked the same way as on earth he decided to just sit and wait till morning slowly counting the minutes, when he hot bored he decided to listen to the wind and what he heard made his blood freeze solid, dozens no hundreds of massive forms in the water 'they have to be atleast awakened beasts' he decided he needed some cover just incase found a what looked to be a giant trunk of a tree and layed down against it, soon he fell asleep.
In the morning there was indeed a light source what looked to be a fake sun of some sort the water was also gone deciding he needed food and some information he got up and started walking as he approached the edge of what to be a massive crater he stopped "there is nothing there" and he was right it was a massive what to be fully dead crater just infront of him deciding to check it out another time he turned around only to see what he slept next too "well it's a tree, but was expecting a bit smaller" the tree in question was a massive tree that looked to be half the way to the clouds with a grey trunk and red leaves it looked like it was straight of a fantasy book.
Sighing he started walking until he noticed the tree had fruits and they looked edible, deciding he should try them on a whim he picked one up and try it and surprisingly it was not poisonous and was quite decent while eating, apparently deciding that he need to check his runes he noticed something quite shocking.

He stared he had 20 right before sleeping he knew that looking at the fruit and finishing then grabbing another one and taking a bite he watched as the the wind Fragments increased by 1 again, "I have a probably insane but good idea" He muttered staring at the tree.
He decided to stay at tree for now since it was free strength and it was quite peaceful.
And so as two weeks past with what to be a blink he decided to check his Fragments once again

He stared "that can't be possible, I only stayed here for like a week at most" but then he noticed
A nightmare creature approaching it had four legs a crab like carapace and a strangely humanoid upper torso, and it was walking straight to him
All worries disappearing as he needed to protect himself and the good tree he stayed at.
Rising to his feat naruto started infusing himself with wind and walked to meet the creature head on as the creature noticed him it screeched and rushed in with no worry to itself like only a creature like it could, quickly side-steeping its pincers he infused his first with more wind and hit one of the legs and to his surprised the leg was cut in half as the creature collapsed not being able to support its weight he quickly capitalized in the moment and his the creature face this time with more wind and the head exploded.

As naruto looked upon the creature he just killed, he couldn't help but think that ir was weak "atleast I got a memory and what does "[Your wind grows stronger]" even mean?"
Deciding to check his runes he immeadetly noticed that he now has 2 more wind Fragments from before "so I get fragments from kills aslwell? That's useful" He mused as he diced to check out his new memory

He said as he summoned the memory yellow sparks quickly appearing and just as quickly disappearing he was left with just a simple short Dagger with a jade like blade color and a dark almost black. " Huh neat" decided to check its balance he did a couple of practice swings, satisfied he decided de-summoned the memory and walked back to the tree.
A bit over 2 months have passed, Naruto looked a bit rougher he had a slight beard his hair was disheveled longer it was now framing his head with bangs on the sides and his eyes looked a bit glazed over.
He realized after a full month being here that he was in a mind attack of some sort after using his wind hearing, he realized then that the tree was a living nightmare create not sore of its class or rank thought he decided not too do anything and get himself killed, he was also now a [monster] signified by his second [Wind Core],
Deciding to check his runes they read.

He stared at his runes for a while before slowly letting out a breath and getting read to get some dinner he noticed something, something new a far large centurion, he hasn't seen one like it yet as the creature noticed him it did not screech and lunge at him with reckless abandon no it not it slowed its pace and started walking closer to me he noticed it had 2 massive like sythes instead of its usual pincers and had 2 legs it was at a size of a small house and had what looked to be metal armor everywhere, he scowled his dinner was delayed because of this creature Summoning his [Azure spear] it appeared in his right arm as he leaned back and pulled his arm even even further back he infused his entire body and the spear with wind, eith a sudden lur of movement he let threw the spear at mind boggling speeds and barely a second later the spear hit True right in the middle of its torso, a second passed and a small wind charge that looked almost like a small exosive, exploding damaging but not killing the creature, Naruto just stared "it didint die" He mused out loud, almost surprised Summoning his [Azure Dagger] and waiting for the creature to do anything other than pretend to be dead as the creature realized the Han wasn't falling for its surprise attack, it raised itself off the ground and lunged towards the boy,
Naruto quickly empowering his body with wind dodged to the right to avoid the right scythe and quickly jumped back to avoid the left one, "He's way faster than the other ones" he thought as he was forced to only dodge and was not given any time to prepare an attack, quickly sidestepping and jumping back he summoned the [Azure Blade] and infused the memory with more wind that it probably could handle as the beast lunged with both of its syrhes infornt of it naruto rolled below it and stabbed the blade into it soft underbelly quickly getting sliding away and jumping even further back as the creature tried to crush the boy under its weight the memory exploded.

But the effect was obvious the creature lost several of its limbs and was spilling its sickening blood from everywhere Summoning his [Azure Dagger] once more and infusing it with the most wind it could handle, he threw it right at the center of its chest exactly where the spear hit it just a few minutes ago the Dagger cut right through the creature and buried itself in the ground.
As he de-summoned the memory he could gear the spell.

Naruto raised a brow to a new type of memory he only gained Azure type weapons and nothing more,so this was quite intriguing.
Summoning the memory he looked it over
It waa an tachi, between seventy and eighty centimeters long It was forged out of the same metal as the Carapace Demon's armor. The hilt was made out of polished black wood.
Summoning it's runes he read,

Naturo let out a whistle "Unbroken? Just like my attribute, I wonder how much wind it csn take eith that enchantment" He wondered giving it a few swings and de-Summoning the memory he went to eat more of the fruits.
Another 2 weeks past just like that.
Naruto woke up for another boring day sighing he ate breakfast and went to patrol the land surrounding his home, when done with that he grabbed another fruit and went to practice eith his new weapon.
When it was about evening he hears a disturbance and judging by the weight and breathing it wasn't a creature.
Silently climbing the tree and watching for the people to come into sight, he saw Sunny Nephis and Cassie running to the tree.
Soon they made it up to the trunk of the tree and layed against it.
Silently dropping behind them he asked "Hello there, what are you doing here?" Nephis and Sunny imesdetly jumped up and summoned their memories, I just stared not scared one bit raising my arms in the universal sign of peace "whoa whoa calm down is just me" I stated Sunny poused and asked "Naruto?" I nodded at him and said "Yes but you guys just messed up" I simply stated Sunny and Nephis gave ne a strange look while Cassie stiffened "you got in range of the tree" I simply said like it was not confusing,
Sunny asked "what does that even mean" "it's a nightmare creature that can use mind hex's" I answered sunny's and nephi's eyes widened while Cassie looked like she was gonna die of shock,
Soon I explained the situation to them,
And so we ate not ran not fought we ate the fruits.
2 weeks later Nephis and Cassie were under full control of the tree and Sunny periodically snapped out of it but one day he said he climbed the tree and killed a fallen devil I stared at him for a moment listening to any emotions in his voice that would imply he's lying he was not and so a plan was born to fully leave this tree and go to some dark city Cassie saw in her vision.
As night approached Sunny went to talk to both of the girls about getting in the boat while I waited on it, soon though complications arose I could see Sunny running towards me Cassie on his shoulders screaming and hitting him and Nephis chasing him eith her sword, I sighed jumped of the boat and ran to meet Sunny.
"Dude I thought you said that you will handle this without any fighting" I said he shot me a dirty glare
"Well that was supposed to happen" He snapped at me I rolled my eyes " yeah yeah whatever get yourself and Cassie into the boat I'll be right back" He shot me a questioning look but didint say anything.
As I shot at Nephis way faster than any sleeper without an aspect should be able too and she prepared to swing at me realizing I was on sonny's
Side I infused myself with wind, appearing right behind her I delivered a solid punch kn the back of her head strong enough to kill an awakened beast she was sent flying right into sonny's shocked eyes, as I ran back to the boat I used some wind to push it into the dark waters and jumped inside.
"Since when were you this strong" Sunny asked giving me a questioning glance "who said I wasn't always this strong" I shot back seemingly taking it as not me wanting to talk about it he changed the subject, "so what do we till we arrive there" I shot him a look "don't die, now be quite I'm listening"
He shot another strange look towards me but did not push it.
Soon Nephis and Cassie awoke Sunny explained the situation and soon everything went downhil and a tentacles began to wrap around the Boston I tried to shout a warning but it was too late "incoming!" I shouted as the boat that was made from the same awakened Demon's shell I killed almost was torn in half Sunny and Nephis falling into the waters I was forced to protect Cassie.
After a few minutes Sunny and Nephis emerged from the water and I quickly grabbed them and houlrd them in.
