Pig Brain
The pirates were all gloating a little, eager to watch a good show unfold.
Yamato, however, sensed that things were taking a turn for the worse. She had already warned Ryōsuke not to clash with Jack the Drought; it was simply too reckless.
Looking at Jack's darkened face and bulging veins, she knew the situation was dire.
At this moment, the fury in Jack the Drought's heart erupted.
"You little brat, who are you calling a pig brain? I obviously have a fish brain! You're the blind one here!"
He was, after all, a Fish-Man.
The surrounding pirates nearly dropped their jaws in disbelief.
*Lord Jack's comeback is a bit too ridiculous, isn't it? That shouldn't be the focal point of the argument! He was clearly just calling you stupid.*
Even Ryōsuke was taken aback. It seemed Jack the Drought really did have something wrong with his head.
He spoke calmly.
"If you aren't blind, you should be able to see that I am Yamato's man. Are you going to arrest me?"
As soon as these words were spoken, the surrounding pirates once again gaped in shock.
They whispered cautiously among themselves.
"Did you hear what he just said?"
"He's actually Yamato's man."
"Yeah, this is absolutely shocking."
"That's right. Doesn't that make him Lord Kaido's son-in-law?"
They weren't blind; naturally, they knew Yamato was a woman.
Lord Kaido simply raised her as a son.
It was perfectly normal for her to have a man.
Hearing this, Yamato's face began to flush bright red.
After what had happened earlier, she now understood the true meaning behind those words.
He was her man, which meant she was his woman.
The very thought of it made her feel incredibly shy.
Even the furious Jack the Drought widened his eyes, completely stunned.
Looking at Yamato now, she actually seemed to exude a different kind of charm.
It was actually true.
He immediately rebuked her in anger.
"Yamato, what the hell are you playing at?"
"Not only did you attack Lord Kaido earlier and worship Kozuki Oden, but now you've found some weakling to be your man. You've completely disgraced Lord Kaido!"
No matter how harshly Lord Kaido treated Yamato, it was all to smooth out her rough edges.
After all, being a pirate wasn't a game of playing house.
Lord Kaido still wanted to groom her to be his successor.
Yamato, however, was extremely displeased by Jack's words.
"What are you barking about? It's not a disgrace at all! I am someone who will definitely become Kozuki Oden, and my man is no ordinary person either. There's nothing to be ashamed of!"
"Get out of my way."
She had already noticed that more and more pirates were gathering around. If the other Lead Performers or the Tobi Roppo arrived, things would go terribly wrong.
The surrounding pirates were dumbfounded.
It was actually true. Yamato had personally admitted it!
This would definitely become news that would shock the entire Beast Pirates.
Hearing Yamato's words, Ryōsuke was left a bit speechless.
*Kozuki Oden is undoubtedly a highly controversial figure. He pursued adventure and freedom, abandoning his country to join the Roger Pirates and set sail. This led to his country being usurped by Kurozumi Orochi, and the citizens were subjected to immense suffering. Truthfully, it was an incredibly irresponsible act.*
*Furthermore, when he finally returned from the Grand Line, Rayleigh had offered to help Oden resolve the troubles in Wano Country. It's worth noting that the returning Roger Pirates were undoubtedly the strongest fighting force on the seas. With their help, they could have easily solved the problems in Wano Country. Even if the Beast Pirates and Kurozumi Orochi colluded together, they would absolutely be no match for the Roger Pirates.*
*Yet, that fool Kozuki Oden refused such support, insisting on saving the country all by himself. Honestly, it was nothing but a fool's courage—highly irrational. It caused Wano Country to completely sink into ruin. His sins can be considered quite massive. Moreover, he was deceived by Kurozumi Orochi's incredibly childish schemes. Frankly, he was a bit brainless.*
*However, he still possesses a certain charismatic charm; otherwise, he wouldn't have become Yamato's idol.*
Even so, Ryōsuke chose not to argue with Yamato.
*Because it's impossible for Yamato to ever become Kozuki Oden, or even set sail. I'm going to make her a mother. Once she's pregnant, she naturally won't be able to travel on a ship. The dizziness and turbulence would be bad for the baby. And I'll have her give birth to one child after another; she simply won't have the time to set sail. Once she has children, she surely won't abandon them just to go out to sea.*
Meanwhile, seeing Yamato still insisting on becoming Kozuki Oden, the fury in Jack the Drought's heart completely boiled over.
*What a rebellious and unfilial child.*
If Kaido couldn't change her, Jack the Drought naturally couldn't either.
He could only suppress his anger and say,
"You can pass, but this guy cannot."
*Yamato is already considered an enemy, so her man would have absolutely no standing in the Beast Pirates. Besides, the Beast Pirates don't rely on nepotism; status is earned through one's own strength. Even if Yamato goes up and tries to attack Lord Kaido again, she will just receive another severe beating. That isn't an issue at all.*
Hearing this, Yamato angrily drew her kanabō.
She glared at him with a darkened expression.
"Get out of my way."
Jack the Drought's face fell as he carefully prepared to face her.
Yamato was Kaido's daughter, after all. She was quite powerful and, like Kaido, possessed a Mythical Zoan Devil Fruit.
Seeing this scene, Ryōsuke found it to be far too troublesome.
He spoke up.
"You there, Jack the Drought, get lost. Otherwise, I'll send you flying with a single punch."
Hearing this, Jack narrowed his eyes and burst into loud laughter.
"A single punch? Who do you think you are, Lord Kaido?"
He didn't believe it at all; he even thought this guy had lost his mind.
The surrounding pirates couldn't believe it either, thinking he was just bragging.
*This man has a frame even skinnier and weaker than ours. Lord Jack is a giant standing over six meters tall, a great pirate with a bounty of over a billion! His strength is considered top-tier on the seas. How does this ordinary guy have the guts to say something like that?*
After Jack finished laughing, the dissatisfaction in his heart grew even stronger.
*Yamato is one thing. But what right does this guy have to look down on me? He even called me a pig brain earlier. Is it just because he's Yamato's man? I have to make a move and teach him a good lesson. If the guy dies, then he just dies for nothing. Lord Kaido of the Beasts won't do anything to me over it.*
With this thought in mind, he stepped forward and clenched his fist—a fist that was roughly the same size as Ryōsuke's entire body.
Then, he smashed it down heavily.
The sheer force even generated a fierce whirlwind.
He didn't hold back in the slightest.
As the fist approached, Ryōsuke also tensed his muscles and threw a punch of his own.
The pirates were left speechless.
*Do you think you're Shanks of the Four Emperors? Can you really block Lord Jack's fist? How can a tiny fist win against a fist the size of a human?*
They could already picture this man being smashed into a meat patty, or having every bone in his body shattered.
