Transforming a desert into a rainforest felt like an incredibly interesting endeavor.
Following behind him, Amado looked at the man radiating a terrifying aura.
He didn't sense the alien presence of the deceased Lord Jigen; instead, this person felt like a human, just like himself.

Remembering this lord's promise, Amado spoke up.
"I am willing to follow you, my lord. Please resurrect my daughter."
Naturally, this was the exact same reason he had followed Jigen.
Ryōsuke replied calmly.
"That is easy enough, but you must make some contributions before I help you."
Amado's expression darkened. It seemed things wouldn't be that simple.
However, if the other party could truly resurrect his dead daughter—if he could achieve such a miracle—then he indeed ought to contribute something in return.
"My lord, what is it that you need me to do?"
Ryōsuke turned around, deactivating the Eight Inner Gates. His intense aura instantly subsided as he smiled and said.
"As long as you transform half of the Land of Wind's territory into a rainforest or grassland, I will resurrect your daughter."
Giving him such a reward for free would be letting him reap without sowing. He likely wouldn't cherish it, nor would he willingly work for him.
Hearing this, Amado's expression changed drastically.
"My lord, isn't that a bit too difficult?"
The Land of Wind was incredibly vast; even half of it was an unfathomably large expanse of land.

Even if one spent an entire lifetime planting trees or grass, it would be extremely difficult to turn it into woodland or grassland.

"Besides, I've already thought of a good solution."
"If we transport a portion of the Land of Rain's water resources to the Land of Wind, do you still think it's difficult?"
"I believe that with your abilities, transporting some water over shouldn't be hard."
Amado suddenly saw the light. *'So that's how it is.'*
If there were ample water resources, then it wouldn't be difficult at all. With water, plants could survive.
In that case, it truly was just a matter of transportation.
He asked.
"My lord, executing a water transportation project requires a massive amount of manpower, materials, and financial resources. And, of course, a great deal of time."
"I have no way of accomplishing this all by myself."
Ryōsuke smiled and said.
"Don't worry, I won't make you do it alone. You will basically have whatever you need."
After all, it was just transporting water; it shouldn't require any particularly precious resources.
He was confident that Rasa would definitely invest a massive amount of resources into this plan.
Naturally, such a project would also benefit the Rain Village.
Although they belonged to the same alliance, there was no reason to use this country's water resources for free without paying.
Moreover, even at an extremely low unit price, the sheer volume of water required would be astronomical, which would bring a massive amount of wealth to this country.

"It is indeed a very cool thing."
Ryōsuke carefully sensed Nagato's chakra signature. With his current abilities, he could easily pinpoint Nagato's location.
His sensory perception could now cover the entire Land of Rain.
He then opened a portal.
"Let's go. I'll take you to meet the person who will execute this plan."
He then stepped into the portal.
Amado followed suit and entered as well.
Inside an office building in the Rain Village.
Seeing the portal suddenly appear, Nagato knew it was the God King, Uchiha Ryōsuke himself.
Looking respectfully at the emerging figure and the white-haired, bespectacled man beside him, he asked curiously.
"Lord God King, who is this?"
Amado was instantly startled by this title.
*'What an arrogant title,'* he thought. However, considering that this man had defeated the incredibly powerful Lord Jigen with a single punch, he felt the title suited him perfectly without any exaggeration.
He immediately and obediently introduced himself.
"I am Amado Sanzu, currently a scientist."
Nagato was slightly surprised and introduced himself in return.
"I am Nagato, the Amekage of the Rain Village."
"Lord God King, what orders do you have for the Rain Village?"
The Shinobi Alliance had just been established, so perhaps it was time to make a contribution.
Ryōsuke smiled and said.
"I'm here to bring wealth to the Land of Rain, of course."
Nagato was pleasantly surprised.
"What kind of wealth might that be?"
With wealth, the people of the Rain Village, and even the entire Land of Rain, could live good lives.
Truth be told, in the past, the Akatsuki could only secure the livelihoods of the civilians within the Rain Village itself.
They had focused their main efforts on the Akatsuki's plans, completely unable to look after the broader populace of the Land of Rain.
Their lives were still extremely impoverished.
