Almost instantly, the Static Field shattered like a burst soap bubble.
Seeing this, Lord Voldemort immediately disregarded the safety of the Death Eaters and unleashed a large-scale Fiendfyre spell that swept through the entire dining hall.
Fortunately, this Fiendfyre was still firmly under his control; it flashed and quickly disappeared, along with him.
Upon seeing Lord Voldemort vanish, the Death Eaters, who had instantly surrounded the entire dining hall, scattered like startled birds, fleeing the dining hall in various ways, some using Portkeys, others using flying brooms.
Killing the former was much more difficult, but the latter was simple; it only required precise kills one by one using a Wither Skeleton Head.
"Kayson, you should have discussed this with us first," Dumbledore said in a deep voice.
Kayson, seeing Lord Voldemort flee, shrugged his shoulders somewhat speechlessly: "I almost killed him just now."
"You almost killed yourself just now too," Dumbledore said stiffly.
"Not that bad, not that bad. I'm very tough, literally tough, really," Kayson said, pulling out a bottle of pink healing potion and chugging it down.
"Hmm... that gives me an ominous feeling, even I feel it's ominous. You're quite the 'white' Wizard for a White Wizard," Grindelwald remarked, observing the corrupted rift not far away.
"I'm sorry... but what's this about a 'White Wizard'?" Kayson asked only after the burns on his chest had fully healed.
"As long as you're not a Dark Wizard, you're a White Wizard," Grindelwald said, pulling out his magic wand and pointing it at the corrupted rift... to no effect.
"How do we solve this thing?" Dumbledore asked.
"There should be a way. Let me take a look, huh," Kayson said, pulling out his magic manual and continuously swiping left and right on the starry sky within it...
"Now there are two ways: we can blow up this rift with Paradox Matter, or we can consume it with a Void Siphon," Kayson said dryly.
"Hmm..." Dumbledore nodded: "And then?"
"And then... I don't know how to do either of those," Kayson said somewhat awkwardly.
"You don't know how, yet you caused such a big mess," Grindelwald said faintly.
"Originally, I wanted to take him down with me, then this rift would theoretically disappear without my influence, but who knew... it didn't work out," Kayson said with a shrug.
"Then, can you learn these two things?" Dumbledore continued to ask.
"Maybe..." Kayson said dryly, while speaking, he conjured an even stronger Static Field using Newborn Magic Art, slowing the growth rate of the corrupted rift.
"Did Draco send you?" he asked after doing all this.
"Quite clearly, yes," Dumbledore nodded.
"Then let's go back first. As for this thing, we'll... put it on hold for now. Don't worry, I'll remember it," Kayson said, nodding while pulling off the remnants of several mechanical arms from his back.
"Then let's go," Grindelwald nodded, but he still waved his magic wand and picked up the severed hand of the Death Eater on the ground.
"The curse he once placed on the Defense Against the Dark Arts Professor position was actually very powerful, and now, it's my turn," Grindelwald said, drawing various obscure symbols in the void with his magic wand, then Lord Voldemort's severed hand slowly melted into liquid and finally merged into the void, disappearing.
"Finished?" Kayson asked.
"Evidently," Dumbledore beckoned, and the flames of the Phoenix Fawkes instantly enveloped the three, transporting them back to Hogwarts's alchemy office.
At this moment, the Malfoy family was sitting obediently on the sofa, and Professor McGonagall and Snape, sitting opposite them, all breathed a sigh of relief when they saw Kayson and the other two return safely.
"Professor... your back?" Draco asked weakly, raising his hand.
"Clearly I need... uh... to change clothes," Kayson casually took out a mysterious magic robe from a box, found a corner to change, and then walked back out.
"Professor, I was talking about your mechanical arms?" Draco asked.
"Oh, getting into a fight with Lord Voldemort, isn't it normal to get a little injured?" Kayson said, shrugging in explanation.
"Professor Kayson, we are truly very grateful to you this time. We don't even know how to repay you," the Malfoy couple both stood up and said sincerely.
"That's what a Professor should do, but didn't you all go abroad? How did Lord Voldemort capture you again?" Kayson asked, puzzled.
"It was Bellatrix Lestrange. She found me through blood divination," Narcissa Malfoy explained.
"Oh... will they find you again?" Draco asked weakly.
"We are wearing amulets now, so they won't, and you need one too," Narcissa said gently.
"I actually have one here. Sapphire Lestrange gave it to me when I met him during my water engine thesis," Kayson walked behind the office desk, took out a rhomboid amulet from the drawer, and tossed it towards Draco.
Watching this, Lucius Malfoy slowly put the amulet from his pocket back. For so many years, this was the first time he felt inferior when it came to external objects.
After all, Sapphire Lestrange's Alchemy works hadn't appeared in over fifty years, and he didn't expect Kayson to have one.
So envious... truly envious.
"So what are you planning to do now?"
"We were hiding in France before. This time, we plan to go to America. The Ministry of Magic there has very strong control over the magic society, so You-Know-Who and those fellows shouldn't be able to sneak in unnoticed," Lucius said, his beard scruffy and somewhat helpless. Clearly, he had been through a lot recently.
"Then I wish you... uh... luck," Kayson thought for a long time, then dryly managed to squeeze out this s
