The ruins shook earnestly as the group tried to find a support for their footing. Stones and destroyed buildings floated around and gravitated towards the center, where Galaxy's group and Savier stood. The stones and buildings that were being pulled together were merging; it slowly turned into a huge golem. When the golem was created, its eyes glowed red, and a weird aura emanated from its body.
"It looks like it's made up of magic, but at the same time it's emanating aura… that means—" The golem cut Galaxy off before she could complete her statement. It was obviously aiming at her, but the reason for that remained unknown.
"Ha, ha, ha… have fun with Hilvara, the Earth guardian of the Underground city," Savier said as she walked away, cackling at the group as they struggled with the golem.
"Flame magic: Fireball!" A member of the group yelled as he launched his spell at the golem, but once the spell had landed, it had no effect.
"Don't be stupid, basic Magic won't work on it…. It has an aura surrounding so magic is practically useless… and since it's made with magic, we can't destroy it with aura!" Galaxy said as she dodged an attack that was aimed at her, she backflipped and landed on her feet, but her movement felt restricted; maybe it was due to her dress.
"Hey, you pass me your sword!" She yelled at one of the members who was dodging the attacks of the golem.
Though confused, they couldn't disobey, and one tossed his sword towards Galaxy. As she caught it, she then proceeded to cut her dress short enough that she could move freely.
"That is much better," Galaxy said as she tossed the sword back to its owner. She then raised both her hands and smirked a little.
"Looks like this is gonna be a lot of work, but as the student council president, I will see my duty fulfilled!… Star magic: meteor Blast." Galaxy said as she released her spell, everybody was on guard, waiting for the fury of the spell, even the golem flinched a little as it expected something grand, but to everyone's disappointment, nothing happened.
"I thought an explosion would happen," The other members thought as they looked at her awkwardly.
Galaxy then grinned and snapped her finger, "All of you get behind me immediately !" Galaxy yelled, and instantly the group obeyed as they scurried towards her back.
Rimera and Tristan were still in a disagreement as they stared at each other. Rimera quickly snapped out of it as she sensed something above them.
"Young master, we need to leave now!" Rimera said as she grabbed Tristan by the hand and ran towards the Exit.
"What's going on!" Tristan asked as they got outside the gala and stood at a far distance,
"Oh dear, that friend of yours doesn't know what self-restraint is," Rimera commented as she tilted her head slightly.
Slowly, a meteor as huge as the gala hall came into view as it approached even faster than before. The impact was quick and destructive as the meteor collided with the building. The meteor not only destroyed the hall but also made a huge hole as it kept going down till it reached its intended target.
The golem was about to advance and continue its attack against the group, but it stopped. Its instincts could sense the approaching threat, but it was too late.
*THUD !!!!* The meteor came crashing down as it smashed into the golem. Smoke and debris flew everywhere as the attack destroyed quater of what remained of the underground city, the other members of the group looked at the scene in astonishment and pure admiration, but the feeling was short lived, The golem was struggling to push the meteor away from itself as the weight of the heavy meteor pressed on it, even though the golem managed to survive the attack plus with the help of the aura hardening its body, it was severly damaged; it's body had crack all over and it's upper region began to crumble apart as it's core stuck out.
"It's still alive?!" A council member said that they were terrified at how a golem could survive such an attack.
"HURRY, DESTROY THE CORE!" Galaxy yelled as she realised the fatal mistake of not finishing the threat. The entire group darted towards the golem as it struggled to hold the weight of the meteor.
*AAAAARRRRRN!!!!!* The golem let out a loud noise as mana emanated from its body, and soon enough, it began to use an earth-type magic as the mana glowed brown, and before anyone could take any other step, the whole area that they stood on turned into quicksand. Galaxy and the rest of the Group slowly sank beneath the ground.
"It's Hero time." And before anyone could react, a glowing blue aura darted towards them.
*CRACK!!!* The sound of breaking glass could be heard as the golem's core shattered, and the golem slowly lost its strength as the meteor fully crushed it from its weight.
Standing before the group and the destroyed Golem was Finn, his blonde hair danced around as his eyes glowed a bright sapphire, and his aura was also bright.
"Hey, prez, it's not your style standing around like that," Finn said as he grinned. Galaxy, of course, slightly blushed as she turned her face away in a bit of annoyance, and behind them, Lenora and Riot ran in.
"The Princess and her bodyguard, where's Tristan ?… Finn, explain!" Galaxy demanded an answer from Finn as she remained puzzled about the situation.
Meanwhile at the center of the city stood an alter that was high savier who had climbed the stairs of the altar to reach the top sat waiting for somene.
"Where is he!… That bastard is late again." Savier pouted while complaining about her comrades' ill-mannered tardiness.
"Let's summon the dragon, get the egg, and leave," Os said as he arrived at the altar where Savier had been waiting.
"What about shadow?" Savier asked, feeling confused about his heptic manner."
"Now's not the time Bitch, we got trouble on our hands, and their first victim was Shadow," Os said as his expression grew darker.
