With rhythmic and elegant steps, Alex walked
toward the elevator he had come from. Then his heart skipped a beat, his steps froze, and his eyes fixed on a figure.
Alex's thoughts slowed, his attention completely stolen.
On the other side, the girl who was the target of Alex's gaze also stopped. Her eyes trembled slightly, her face paled, and the woman beside her quickly noticed the girl's unease.
"Hey, Tiffany, what's wrong?"
The woman asked, visible concern in her expression.
"Sis, it's him."
Tiffany took a step back, clutching her sister's arms.

Seeing her younger sister's state, Tatiana's light green eyes filled with rage when she thought about the man in front of her trying to dishonor her beloved sister.
Only one thought came to her mind.
This scummy piece of trash must die.
Suddenly, the air in the room literally grew heavy. A green aura surrounded Tatiana's body.
Only then did Alex's eyes focus on the woman beside Tiffany. Their appearances were eerily identical; with just one look, it was obvious that they were sisters.
Light green eyes radiating a ferocity never before seen, long eyelashes, purple hair flowing past her waist and tied in a ponytail, and a well-defined body that displayed the results of constant gym workouts.
Her well-toned abdomen revealed a smooth yet strikingly beautiful midsection, while her ample chest was bound by white ribbons, providing a magnificent view.
Her knee-high boots matched her short black shorts, drawing attention to her beautiful thighs.
Tatiana was a mature and highly attractive woman, and paired with Tiffany, a girl equally beautiful with light purple eyes, the two possessed a supernatural beauty.
However, Alex was not focused on the obvious beauty in front of him.
Before Alex could organize his thoughts, a blade of wind threatened his life. If it weren't for his new Perception attribute, he would have already been dead.
The blade formed so quickly that Alex didn't see the attack coming. To evade it, he used a combination of several attributes to escape, receiving only a slight cut on his cheek.

Alex didn't notice the form of address he had used toward Tatiana, given the urgency of the situation.
Tatiana probably didn't hear him, or if she did, she completely ignored his words, because her attack became even more ferocious.
This time, Lightning Step was used to the maximum, turning Alex's body into a blur as he moved, launching an attack with all his Strength, Dexterity, and Agility.
When Excalibur descended, Tatiana easily dodged the blows Alex delivered at high speed as if they were nothing.
She moved like the wind, gracefully dodging the attacks as if they were child's play.
Her green eyes radiated coldness as her fists concentrated a bright green light, matching her beautiful eyes.
Alex's entire body tensed in that instant; his primal survival instinct screamed through his Luck attribute.
The air around him crackled with the force of the punch, and a distortion appeared when the fist collided with Alex's sword.
The sword rippled, absorbing much of the impact, and Alex's body was violently launched like a bullet fired from a rifle.

Alex saw all his attributes drop by 10 points each, his HP and MP bars reaching critical levels. It was no exaggeration to say he had narrowly escaped death.

Before Alex could lament Excalibur being deactivated, Tatiana, visibly surprised to see that her target was still alive, decided to attack again, this time ensuring the man would know death.
Tatiana used a technique rivaling Lightning Step to appear in front of Alex.
Thanks to his Perception attribute, Alex was able to see the attack coming, but unfortunately, his body could not keep up with his thoughts and survival instincts.
