Alira blasted the ship through space like a raging beast, driving it straight toward the pirate fleet.

Inside the cabin, warning lights flashed everywhere while the ship shook violently from the sheer speed.
But instead of panicking, Garion looked completely thrilled.
"Hahahaha!" He grabbed the side of his chair, practically buzzing with excitement. "Yes! That's exactly what I'm talking about!"
Outside the window, the pirate formation rapidly grew larger as Alira continued accelerating directly toward the center of the enemy fleet.
Garion blinked for a moment before looking at her to confirm. "Are you seriously charging straight into the middle of them?"
Alira's eyes remained fixed on the battlefield ahead. "Of course."
Then, for the first time since the battle started, a faint grin appeared on her face. "In fact… the middle of the fleet is even better."
