In the center of his mind, thoughts were racing. Loksi's face was utterly undisguised with greed as he looked at Su Xin, a wicked smile spreading across his face:
"Su Xin, is it? Thank you for the resurrection."
"So, can you tell me, what on earth is the deal with the dragon and resurrection?"
Su Xin frowned slightly and let out a low hum.
It wasn't noticeable at all, but in Loksi's ears, it was like a thunderclap exploding right next to him.
He felt his entire body shudder, a mysterious force shaking his bones, muscles, and internal organs, causing sharp pain and making all his strength instantly dissipate. He slumped helplessly to the ground, utterly powerless.
"What?!"
The greed in Loksi's eyes vanished instantly, leaving only endless shock and terror.
"No wonder people say a dog needs to be taught before it listens. There's some truth to that."
Su Xin chuckled lightly.
