A strong Demon Race warrior fell to the ground with a heavy thud. The assassins of the Redfield family had always been skilled in assassination.
The dead demon was a local belonging to the clan guarding the upper entrance of the Ghost Wind Path. They weren't just ragtag bandits from the camps below the mountain but were part of the central Hou clan, patrolling here under orders from their clan chief, ready to report any intruders attempting to ascend the mountain.
Unfortunately for them, they encountered formidable characters and became souls under the blade.

The speaking assassin was named Rossi. As a family assassin summoned randomly into the Secret Realm battlefield, his most important task was to protect Kawina.
"Hmm, seems like they think the highlands are hard to invade, so they must have moved people to the base of the mountain," replied an assassin named Vince.
