Monica Cole didn't even put effort into acting.

Mrs. Sutton nodded, "Your dad even asked who suggested this school? He could have found a better, more suitable one for Monica. It's obvious that this school doesn't fit her. Her dad didn't explicitly say it, but from what he implied, I guess Monica herself wants to go."
She used to think that child was gentle and shy, but now that this has come out, the more Mrs. Sutton thought about it, the less comfortable she felt.
