Tang Wanwan, hearing Gu Yunzhi's words, became somewhat anxious, fearing that Gu Yunzhi wouldn't take her as a disciple. She hurriedly said, "Master, you're too modest. There are still many things I don't understand; please, master, explain them one by one."
So Tang Wanwan asked many questions related to cultivators, about how to cultivate, how to meditate, and how to breathe. How to use her skills to defeat bad guys was what concerned her the most.
"Master, do you think I'm useless? I always hold you back when we're out. Can you teach me swordsmanship?"
Gu Yunzhi paused and adjusted his emotions before saying to her, "You've been sitting here for two entire shichen; go and eat something obediently. I'll talk to you later."
Tang Wanwan's eyes lit up immediately, and she joyfully tugged Gu Yunzhi's sleeve, shaking his arm as she said, "Did you promise to teach me, Master? I want to learn everything, from qin, qi, calligraphy, painting, to cultivation."
