CHAPTER 28:
Walking towards the guild Orion had many eyes on him. Not only for the massive and hard to miss entrance of his entire chapter's arrival. There were some eyes of adventurers just starting out and scared to ask if they could join his familia. Then there were veteran level 3's and 2's looking at the new most powerful familia to ever walk their world.
To some of the veterans who were around during the time of the Zeus and Hera familias peak and fall. They all knew even if they combined their might. The Zeus and Hera familias would fall easily. Just due to the sheer numbers of men and bodies the hestia familia could throw at them.
All adventures that saw the ships in the sky and knew of Orion's fame. Knew the age of adventures was finally coming to an end. Knowing that the most powerful adventure has an army of smaller but not less deadly soldiers. He could clear the entire dungeon and claim whatever land he wanted once it was done.
Once Orion entered the guild he looked for a receptionist. "Now where is the receptionist I can talk to?" Orion thought to himself. For a solid 5 seconds he just stood at the entrance looking around at the receptionists that were there. Finding one he would want to talk to he began walking to her. He walked to her and taking off his helmet he asked her. "Hello Young Miss Misha. Is it ok if I request to see Ouranos? I know he must be busy but please let him know I wish to set up a meeting."
Misha the pink haired guild worker began writing on a piece of paper noting down what Orion wanted to set up. She then put it to the side. "Give me a moment Mr.Orion I will go see him and see when your meeting will be scheduled." She turns and heads to Royman's office knocking on the door and she hears him answer. "COME IN!" A muffled shout comes from the other side.
Entering the office she sees Royman busy at work with stacks of papers and a gold pouch on his desk. Looking over a paper as he writes in a book. "What is it that you need?" He asks without looking up from his work. "Mr.Royman, Mr. Orion wishes to set up a meeting with Ouranos." She tells him while walking over and handing the paper to him.
"The famous Orion wishes to meet up with Ouranos? Curious. Bring him to my office. I want to talk to him myself." Misha nods and turns outside the office and walks back to Orion. She sees him patiently waiting but looking around out of curiosity. Orion spots her and watches as she walks back up to him. In a playful and cheerful tone she tells Orion. "Well Mr.Orion sir. Royman the guild head wishes to meet you. He is waiting in his office. Please follow me and I will take you to him."
Misha then leads Orion to Royman's office. Stopping right in front of his door and knocking. "COME IN!" A muffled yell could be heard. Both go inside the office. However due to Orions massive size the walks and door crack as he tries to squeeze through. "You will pay for repairs." Royman tells Orion without looking up and in a monotone tone. Orion raised an eyebrow and had to ask. "Why would I pay for something like that? You are the one that called me here and I suspected you would have offered to have the conversation elsewhere."
"You damage guild property, you pay for repairs just how things are done Orion." Royman says with a slight sweat drop going down the side of his head. He is not an idiot nor is he stupid enough to think his god could save him if Orion was to go on a rampage. "Fine, I will pay for the repairs. However next time please invite me into a room with large enough doors to fit me. Or rebuild your office door for any large person." Orion gives in begrudgingly, seeing it somewhat his fault for trying to see if he could squeeze through the small door.
"So when can I have a meeting with the god Ouranos?" Orion, impatient and wanting to know if he could meet the god. "I will have to tell Ouranos if you want to meet him and see when we will be able to set up a meeting if he wants to meet with you. However, I called you to my office for a different reason." Royman starts to sweat a little more. "I wanted to know why and how come you wanted to meet with Ouranos. So why do you want to meet him Orion?"
Depending on Orion's answer Royman has certain things in place. To try and convince Orion to be part of, if not the leader of, a force that will destroy Evilus once and for all. Hearing the rumors and feats he had done sold him on making him the head or face of this force. He made the calculations and if he plays his cards right. He could pull this off.
If Orion deals with most of Evilus he will be able to set up a deal with Ishtar. Getting more money from her if she manages to increase her businesses and other trades. Once she gets more power within Evilus. For now he will just start by trying to force a task force and have them take down targeted members of Evilus to increase Ishtar's influence. However none of that will be an option if he doesn't convince Orion right here and now.
"I just want to meet Ouranos to speak about my family and what we will be doing. I will also be addressing some problems that will take place because of my familia. So I want to see and speak with him on these matters. Though I would prefer talking about it with him in more detail in person, than whatever I could get from a letter back and forth. I would only speak more in person with him if you get me a meeting." Orion gives a small explanation to Royman.
"I see that is what you wanted to speak about when you meet him." Royman sighs with relief to finally know what this giant walking disaster is planning. "I wanted to also talk to you about something I wanted to do. Have you heard of Evilus?" Royman asks sure Orion hasn't heard of them.
"Yes I have , what about them?" This caught Royman by surprise. "You have interesting this helps me a bit. Since you know of them you know that they are a force I can't let go rampant. I wanted to make a task force that will eventually put them down. Hearing the rumors of your level and might. I have to ask, will you be the head and lead this force that will destroy Evilus?"
To Royman the world stopped for the 5 seconds it took Orion to respond.
"No."
Royman expected this and was about to pull every card he had to convince Orion. However before he got a chance to do so Orion gave a response that made Royman internally panic.
"I will not be joining your task force, because I will be making my own. I have the resources to find and destroy all of Evilus in one fell swoop. I just need time and permission from Ouranos. So I will return when you manage to set up a meeting." Royman was unable to call for Orion before he turned and walked off.
After leaving Orion decided to head out and head back to his familia home. Heading back to his familia he can see them all at work. His sons work hard at work and his men have fun. Hestia watching and being treated like how a goddess should be treated. Was smiling ear to ear as she was receiving a back message. Orion seeing this as he walked up was chuckling to himself.
Hesita hearing stomping foot steps coming to her turn to see who was coming. Seeing it was Orion she got up and waved up. "ORION!!" yelling his name got the attention of his sons and they all gave a head bow before returning back to their work. Orion seeing this just returns the nod and continues to hestia. Once he gets close to the makeshift tent canopy. Hestia was laid on top and relaxing on a folding bed and was still getting messaged by a guardsman.
"Orion, how come you didn't summon your fleet sooner? I didn't know you had such an experienced masseuse." Hestia was melting into a puddle half falling asleep. "Neither did I." Orion gives a raised eyebrow to the guardsman. "Anyway I see you enjoying yourself. I will go help my sons in building our new home." Hestia enjoying the message just waves to Orion. "Have fun!"
