Chapter 43 - A new adventure cap 43

In order to create a spell that would allow him to create a clone and share the memories of what they learned, Peter once again entered the Kamar-Taj library.

Without having to ask for help from the ancient, the necessary information about spells to create clones was given to her by the librarian.

Being in charge of the library, the librarian had knowledge of where to find a certain topic.

Happy not to have to search for long, Peter went to the books he was looking for and spent a whole day reading them.

At the end of the day, Peter closed the last book and put it in the huge pile he had accumulated on the table.

At the end of the day Peter had something to work with.

The good thing is that it turns out that the need to have a clone do certain tasks for you is something that had already been 'solved' by sorcerers in the past.

The bad thing is that there were some drawbacks.

The clone made from most of the spells Peter found was not very intelligent and could only follow a few simple commands.

They weren't smart enough to do the experiments that Peter required.

Another point is that more energy was needed if more clones were needed.

If the clones were made with dimensional energy it was necessary to be connected to an unowned dimension or have a contract with a lord of that dimension.

If it was the first case, Peter just needed to be skilled enough to manipulate a large amount of dimensional energy to create the large number of clones he needed.

In the case of making a contract with a dimension lord, Peter did not think of doing that.

Most wizards in Kamar-Taj only make contracts with unowned dimensions or with 'good' dimension lords who have a good relationship with Kamar-Taj.

Like the Vishanti

Only the crazy or desperate sign a contract with a lord of dimension.

The reason?

The fee the sorcerer must pay to use the energy of a dimension lord.

While in some cases you can pay by completing a task or being a champion of a dimension lord by doing their bidding, the usual payment was to pay with your soul.

The deal stipulates that at the end of the sorcerer's life, the latter's soul will belong to the dimension lord.

Peter doesn't want to give anyone power over his soul even if it's after he dies.

Using universal energy is also an option, which like using dimensional energy from an unowned dimension, Peter will first need to practice using a large amount of energy.

And use personal energy?

If Peter dared to use his personal energies to make a large number of clones, he would dry up in a few days and be a walking skeleton Peter.

He didn't have a giant 9-tailed fox sealed in his stomach replenishing his energy reserves.

???

Thinking of the latter, he walked quickly through the library and looked for specific books.

Protections and sealing

Throughout the history of sorcerers, there have been several demons or other entities that they were unable to defeat at first.

The only option they had was to restrict or banish them from this dimension.

For that purpose, many sorcerers throughout history created various types of spells.

Spells that Peter just needed.

Having read and recorded the necessary books in his memory, Peter left the library with the goal of learning them.

When he arrived at a secret base in a secluded location he had created in advance and where he practiced his spells, Peter paused for a moment when he remembered that he had to create clones to help him research and conduct experiments.

Wanting to do that first, Peter set about practicing all the spells he had read from the relevant books.

One by one, Peter used different universal and dimensional energies he had contacted, searching for the most ideal one to make clones.

Since he had previously contacted several unowned dimensions with the help of the Ancestor, Peter could now use different energies.

Like light, fire, thunder and other dimensional energies from dimensions where they are filled with water, earth or wind.

Peter's favorite was light because he could use it in illusions and to heal himself or others.

He used light dimensional energy a lot to heal his body after an intense workout and his girls when they were tired after a night of pleasure.

Interestingly, the energy Peter found was the most ideal or the one that made it easiest for him to make clones.

Now all that was left was to make the information that the clone learns return to the user.

Peter had to return to the Kamartaj library and ask again.

Unfortunately, this time the librarian didn't know how to do that when Peter asked him about it.

He had to seek out the ancestor for help, but she also said she didn't know how to help him.

Although he confessed that it would be a very useful spell for exploration purposes.

But since he had the time stone, he never needed a similar spell.

At the mention of the Time Stone, Peter wondered if he could see a future where he had the idea to solve his problem.

At Peter's request, the ancient shook his head and said that he shouldn't rely on the time stone for problems like that.

The only thing he used the Time Stone for was to anticipate problems or catastrophes for the world or humanity.

Peter pouted and attempted a pathetic parody of puppy dog eyes, but it didn't work.

Ancestral was not easily moved and Peter had to give in.

But Ancestral agreed that a spell to create such clones would be very useful, so he agreed to help Peter with the task.

Getting down to business, they both began to experiment.

Malibu, California

While Peter and Ancestral experimented to create a clone spell that would return the information learned, in a mansion on a cliff in Malibu, work began to create what would become known as the Iron Man armor.

Anthony Edward Stark, or as he is known, 'Tony Stark', was in his basement where he made his usual inventions.

Right now he was inspecting the arm of the armor he wants to build.

"Mr. Stark, I've compiled everything I've found on Spiderman."

"Unfortunately, I didn't find anything that could help me discover his identity."

As Tony continued his scans on a computer, a voice sounded that caught his attention.

The voice belonged to JARVIS, the artificial intelligence that Tony had created to help him in his inventions.

Hearing that he was gathering information on Spider-Man, Tony stopped his actions and approached the holographic screens that showed Spider-Man moving through New York City.

When Tony returned to his mansion after escaping from his kidnapping, JARVIS informed him about important news and events that happened in his absence.

The existence of Spiderman immediately caught his attention.

Seeing someone moving so nimbly and openly showing that he could stop and lift moving cars was something that could not be human.

For someone like Tony, who was looking for something to protect him from situations like being kidnapped, Spiderman's superhuman abilities appealed deeply.

'If only I had those skills...' Tony thought as he remembered why he couldn't save Yinsen.

Unfortunately for Tony, JARVIS was unable to obtain any important information.

No information was found regarding Spiderman's possible identity or even clues as to where Spiderman appears when he arrives to save the day or his whereabouts when he leaves.

Thinking about how to have superhuman strength, Tony shook his head.

As much as Tony is a genius, he still specializes only in mechanics, electronics and computers.

If you want to be an expert, or at least somewhat competent in biology, you must spend a lot of time.

Time that he doesn't have now due to his current urgency.

You didn't have to be a genius to know there was a mole in the upper management of Stark Industries who was illegally selling weapons to terrorists.

Like the '10 rings', who somehow knew his movements and the army's and used their own weapons to kidnap him.

That 'someone' could attack again as he did through 'the 10 rings', so he must do something to protect himself.

"Sir, I found something you should know," JARVIS said suddenly.

Tony raised his eyebrows as he reviewed what JARVIS showed him.

To Tony's surprise, JARVIS was unable to break into the systems of Parker Games, the video game company that owns the Spiderman image.

JARVIS being unable to break into Parker Games' systems was not unheard of.

Many companies had very good defenses, so JARVIS couldn't hack them at first, so he had to take longer and use more of his capabilities that were occupied with other tasks.

What caught him by surprise was JARVIS's suspicion of the existence of another possible artificial intelligence.
