Rita had never mentioned this to her before. But based on the trust she had always placed in her vice-captain, Durandal felt Rita must have had her reasons. Rita had always been reliable. An arrangement like this had to be deliberate—she had never been the sort to do something without reason.
So this time, trusting her first should be fine too.
"Alright, I understand. I'll confirm it with Rita when she arrives. For now, don't spread this around. Hurry up and go rest."
Durandal dismissed the Valkyrie, and because she carried great authority among the squad, the girl obediently saluted and left.
Durandal didn't continue dwelling on the matter. She could just ask Rita about it later. Right now, training came first. Though she had only just returned from a mission, training could not be interrupted.
Everyone knew Durandal's talent was extraordinary—but her greatest source of pride was not her talent. It was this same unwavering persistence, ten years without pause.
At that moment, a figure stepped into the training room.
Watching Durandal training hard on the field, Su Luo thought: so this was one of the Valkyries of the Immortal Blades?

He would start his work as combat consultant with her.
