Chapter 1 - Chapter 1

When I awoke in mynnew body, I immediately got up and smiled. Grinned and then laughed like a lunatic.

Tears welled and I cried, grabbing onto my legs. My new, perfectly healthy and whole legs.

"I-It's back… I can walk-no…'I can live again!" I sniffled and smiled as I stood upright and gained my balance. "Thank you… Lord ROB. Thank you."

I offered my gratitude toward that weirdly eccentric omniscient beinv who granted me a second life.

But not only that, I held out my right hand and a purple flame soon ignited over my skin but did not burn me.

Then, I glanced at my right hand and a golden flame also ignited and engulfed my left hand but did not burn.

"[Necromancy] and [Resurrection]." Two of the three wishes I had asked for. "This power, I will make the most of it."

This world wasn't exactly normal either. Here, around 5% of humans have awakened some form of power, ability or superhuman strength that was just scientifically impossible but because it was a world based off a fictional story, it just works.

The main protagonist of this world is Iseul Hyeuk-Joon.

An 18 year old who was regarded as the weakest 'awakener' in all of Asia.

Here, the awakener ranking system tests powers and overall combat abilities via an artificial dungeon system.

Iseul had awakened the ability he called [Necromancy]. But, because he was in such a weak level, the most he could do was use dead flies or insects and bring them

Back to life to use under his control.

But that was the extent and more often than not, Iseul needed to be protected at all times.

While his ability was limited to being used as a scout, he did not have any offensive abilities.

Which was why Iseul had been keen on trying to level up but his current level was just too weak. Not only that, but he also had a sick mother to take care of and also a missing little bother who vanished diring a great catastrophe 10 years back when he was 8 years old and his brorher 4.

As such, Iseul tries his best and out of desperation, joins a sketchy party to the third floor of a C-dared dungeon and ends up getting the whole 'S-class monster' treatment where his party abandons him and Isuel falls off a cliff leading straight down to the lowest levels of the dungeon.

Where he then meets a mysterious hooded woman who mistakenly calls him 'Master' due to his [Necromancy] skill which she can see.

From that point on, Iseul gains a super SS-class level bodyguard and after the system recognized Iseul had 'tamed' a relic from an ancient civilization from a parallel world, Isuel's level skyrockets and he gradually gains the power to bring back monstrously powerful undead monsters and even boss elites to fight for him.

He can also hide these mosnter sun his shadow,(similar-to-someone-else-I-knew), and then returns to the surface as a changed man with a super hot undead baddie at his side.

Well, while Iseul had his own path, I, on the other hand, had bigger ambitions.

While Iseul's [Necromancy] can only work on monsters. (That undead SS-class baddie being one of them so that made her an exception), I on the other hand can bring back monsters… as well as people.

That also includes legendary awakeners who will be subordinated by my will. As well as granting them absurdly broken benefits to grow three times faster than whem they were alive thanks to my third and final wish.

[Admin-System]. I was able to see their status screens and shuffle their points around. Read their hidden new talents and achievements of new requirements to unlock stronger skills and abilities.

I can also even see where they all are across the world and even in separate dimensions like inside dungeons.

I can also summon them anywhere and even recall them to my side with just a thought or command.

Truly, I held absolute dominion over them.

"But right now, I needed information on the final resting place of those legendary heroes." I crossed my arms and smiled. "But considering the timeline. I still have over a year before Isuel becomes an absolute unit."

I then walked out of my apartment bedroom and took an curious look around. There on the counter near the kitchen, I saw several documents from my birth certificate to a check-book containing $10 million USD that I can convert into Won at any time.

I grabbed my new ID as well and whistled as the man in the photo was damn handsome.

My dark brown hair was long and reached to my chin. I had a light caucasian skintone and raised my shirt to find I had a healthy body but no abs.

"Figures, I need to work for them if I want them." I chuckled and then curiously, I lifted the rim of my pants and unbuckled them to take a look at my new manhood. "Woah… that's… pretty big."

I chuckled awakedly, never did I think about it. I just wanted to live a cozy new life and enjoy it to the fullest.

For now, I packed everything away and soon began checking my [Admin-System] pannel where I had 'zero' available units to choose from.

The map was pretty detailed and I could zoom in and out as I could zoom in at a random place in the world and noticed I needed to send one of my units there to unlock that continent to make use of it.

"So it's not a coincidence that I only had South Korea as my territory." I found I can select myself and teleport anywhere in South Korea. "So I have to unlock these new zones huh? Guess I'll need an explorer to go out and do that for me."

Also with dungeons. I could teleport around the ones here and even get an update of new dungeons to send my 'units' to.

But I can't teleport isndie them without a 'unit' present.

"So there are some limits. But this is still pretty damn overpowered." I snorted and then grabbed my checkbook as I headed out and left my apartment as I rather easily found an ATM where I exchanged a set amount for cash.

Once I had it on hand, I went to buy a new smartphone and then after creating my new SNS account, I linked my new bank details and went in to buy a new computer that woudl stove in two days via shipping.

I felt hungry and went to grab a meal at a nearby resteraunt and soon heard the other occupants talking about their favorite awakeners like celebrities.

Most people here were just ordianry humans. Awakeners were soemthing that defied the conventional sense of nature.

But they were powerful and even then, I could see there was also talk about rogue awakeners who did wjay they wanted and committed various crimes.

This point was also highlighted in Iseul's story later on. As these rouges will stage a coup to overthrow the current awakener-government regime and establish their own.

Crowning themselves as the new rulers of South Korea.

Still, that was a year away. For now, I had to find the graves of heroes… and maybe powerful rogues as well. The more powerful the awakener than the merrier.

As I got my order, I ate while scrolling on the internet checking out the most powerful and important awakeners to date.

"There are a handful… hmm." I ate my club sandwich and was amazed by how few famous awakeners were were. "Lady Titania, Swordsaintess Yui, Blacksmith Hana, and Chairwoman Yeon Park. The founder of the Awakener Management Group, founded 64 years ago."

I was just as baffled that the most notable figures were only women.

Was this a coincidence? I tried to do some more digging but, there truly wasn't any more apart from those four.

Granted, these were just within South Korea. There was also that absurdly iconic legendary hero of the world.

The first recorded awakener who single-handedly defended his hometown in Europe.

King Arthur.

Since his name was Arthur Smith. He had been 14 years old when he saved the country and then became famous when he began his journey to save the rest of the surrounding ou tries and then beyond for the next several years.

He later passed away at the age of 24 years old to a vicious poison from the strongest dungeon boss on the 300th floor.

He was the first to clear an SSS-Rated Dungeon in the world.

His sacrifice paved the way for the artificial awakener dungeon system that was still used to this day to awaken more awakeners and provide them a safe place to grow without risking their lives unlike those of his generation.

"A true fantasy hero…" His grave was marked underneath the British Royal Palace. "That's going to be a hassle to reach. But not impossible."

I paid for my meal and then left as I walked to the nearby market and went on an bit of a shopping spree.

Buying toilet paper, snacks, some jerky and a few water bottles and energy drinks.

As I checked out and paid, I headed home and set my groceries on the kitchen counter table.

For now, I want to get established here. And maybe do some recon on the graveyards I will be raising soon enough.

~

After a full week of preparation and scouting, I stood in the middle of my livingroom.

Dressed in all black and wearing a face-mask. I then opened my [Admin-System] pannel and locked onto the graveyard where the remains of Lady Titania was buried.

Lady Titania, also known as Jenna Kook. She was part of the first generation of awakeners in South Korea and founded the FairyGuild which was still around today.

In fact, it was weird how all the people I some to bring back, were all part of the first generation.

Regardless, I was just about to start when I had a sudden realization.

If I did bring Jenna back, how would I explain it? No, I couldn't without revealing my hand.

I thought about it in the last second and realized,

I didn't know anything about forging identities and how the legal world worked.

Then it clicked, Chairwoman Yeon Park! She was the one who founded the AMS.

She would know. I wasn't planning on being her back so soon.'

But maybe she'll be the defect first test-run and also, her experience and wisdom could help me plan my next steps.

Having found her grave rather quickly with an internet search.

I was surprised her gave was just at a normal graveyard in Incheon.

All the other graves of the ionic awakeners were in the most prosthesis cemetery in the heart of Seoul.

While Yeon… did her own people secretly hate her or something?

It was barley entering midnight so I teleported to her graveyard and found myself amid a creepy and dark place.

Shrugging, I used my system to teleport me inside the mausoleum and then tracked down her urn slot where she had a dead fleet that had all but withered with time.

Her grave was dusty as well. No one has been here for quite a while.

I soon held out my hand and with a purple flame that passed through the glass, I then felt it click.

I had her soul and soon moved to the large walkway where I then began to reconstruct her body from the ashes she left behind.

With a supernatural force, her body was remake from skeleton to tendons, blood vessels and a gory but detail anatomical figure that swiftly restored her back to the most pristine point of her body's lifespan.

I could sense she was around her mid 20's. Young, hot, really hot.

Once she returned, she opened her eyes and looked pale.

"Master." She whispered as she looked at me with dead eyes. "What may I do for you?"

She was weird. But her eyes never left my face or form.

"Well, it's not exaclty over yet so just wait a moment." I then lowered my right hand and raised my left. "This may cause some discomfort."

I didn't know but used my power and a powerful golden glow erupted as Yeon Park's pale body gradually regained a healthy pink glow as her dead eyes soon became watery and resembled crystals as she drew a sharp breath and gasped.

"I'm… I'm alive?" She looked down at her hand and then looked at me. "Whay are you… Master?"

She looked confused, scared, and also alert. Showing an array of human emotions unlike that mechanical robot she was a moment ago.

"I brought you back. I need your help." I walked forward and placed my hand over her shoulder as her urn remained untouched but the ashes inside were gone.

As we teleported to my apartment, I then walked over and grabbed a set of women's clothes I had ordered online and handed them to her.

She was standing nude and realized it then and thanked me with a flushed expression as she went to the bathroom to get changed.
