"What are you doing here?"
As they got closer, Dirk Carter asked in surprise.
The woman in front of him was none other than Dahlia Hughes, whom he hadn't seen in years.
He vaguely remembered that the last time they met was at Donal Lewis's memorial service.
Though they ran into each other then, they barely exchanged a few words.
It had been many years since they last met.
Dahlia Hughes's face showed no signs of aging.
On the contrary, she looked even better than before.
Not only was her skin more radiant,
but her figure had become more curvaceous.
"After not seeing each other for so long, shouldn't your first words be to compliment how much I've changed?"
Dahlia Hughes was equally excited and teasingly asked Dirk Carter.
Dirk Carter looked her up and down.
He nodded and said, "Looks like our Leader Hughes has been living well, just like parched land being watered with dew every day."
Dahlia Hughes was no young girl.
She wasn't shy at all.
