After everything finally calmed down, Su Qinglan's emotions slowly came back under control. She wiped the last of her tears and looked up at her four tall husbands.
All of them were trying to hide their red eyes from her. Some turned their faces away; others rubbed their eyes roughly as if something had gotten in them.
Su Qinglan felt her heart grow even more stifled. She stared at them and asked softly, "What are you crying for? It's all in the past now."
The five men quickly avoided her gaze.
Hu Yan cleared his throat and said in a hoarse voice, "Who's crying? We're not crying at all."
Shi Feng turned his head to the side. "Yes, there's sand in my eyes; that's all."
Xuan Long forced a lazy smile, but his voice was clearly choked with emotion. "Lan Lan, you're seeing things."
Han Jue rubbed the back of his neck, his eyes still red. "We're fine. Really."
