Terry entered the room a little nervous but he stood strong. Opening the door to see Mr Angeleno and another man who looked to be Korean. Mr Angeleno called Terry to come forward.
Mr Angeleno: Mr Nagasaki, this is Terry Broker, the one to decide whether your company gets bought or not.
Mr Nagasaki was a man who seemed not above the age of 60 maybe in his late 50s. He had a warm smile to was very inviting.
Mr Nagasaki: Hello Mr Broker, it's nice to meet you, I was told good things about you.
He said with a Korean accent but still good enough to pass as a somewhat native speaker.
Terry: It's nice to meet you also,Sir.
Mr Nagasaki initiated a handshake and Terry shook his hand with much respect.
Terry: Mr Nagasaki, I'm sorry but Mr Angeleno didn't tell me much about what you company was into, all I know is that it's a game development company.
Mr Angeleno:Yes, about that I wanted for Mr Nagasaki himself to brief you on his company has I think he knows best.
Terry: Oh okay I see it now.
Mr Nagasaki handed him a folder and took his seat in his chair.
Mr Nagasaki: That folder is of the company's reverse and cashflow. The company itself has you know is a game development company. We have created many games but the most popular one as of now is a new MMORPG called Record Books. It has gain quite a fan base.
When Terry heard the name of the game he was shocked, it was the game that the siblings were playing and he had also played. So he knew first hand that the game was very good.
Terry: Oh really that's awesome, I have played it before and I think it's very great. Okay Mr Nagasaki how much are you willing to sell the company for.
Mr Nagasaki: Okay about that, the company is currently valued at around 250 million dollars, and it's annual revenue is around 75 million dollars. And I think it has more room to grow. I wouldn't be sell the com but I'm a little short on cash and need it urgently. So I'm selling it for 150 million.
Terry: Ummm okay sure. I see. No disrespect sir but can I ask Mr Angeleno something about what you are saying if it's true.
Mr Nagasaki: Oh none taken if I was also buy a company I would do same.
Mr Angeleno: Terry everything that Mr Nagasaki said is true.
Terry: Okay if that's the case then Mr Nagasaki I would like to buy your company.
Mr Nagasaki: That's great new.
Mr Nagasaki handed Terry the transfer agreement and the both signed the contracts. Mr Angeleno transferred the money to Mr Nagasaki. After every formally were done Mr Angeleno Terry left the room and Terry went back to the car, while Mr Angeleno got back to settling the new acquired company.
Terry: Lucas please can you drive me back to campus.
Lucas: Of course we will be there in a few minutes.
