Chapter 129 - Chapter 129: Bringing Everyone In

Jacob, holding Saphira, and Lydia, holding Kitty, appeared next to Melissa using Jacob's teleportation.

Jacob looked at Scott, who was still charging at Malia no matter how badly she beat him. Using his telekinesis, he suspended Scott in midair, growling and struggling.

Stiles, whose body had just stopped convulsing, walked over cautiously, making sure to stay away from Malia until he stood next to Jacob. "Jacob, what's going on?"

"First," Jacob said, "Melissa, talk to Scott. He seems to have lost control."

Melissa walked toward Scott, who was still floating in the air, trapped by Jacob's power. "Scott, I'm fine."

Scott's growling and struggling stopped. He looked at his mom, and his sanity slowly returned.

"Jacob, let him down," Melissa said.

Jacob let him drop to the ground. Melissa walked over, touching his wolf-like head gently. "I'm sorry."

"What is going on?" Scott asked in a deep, monstrous voice.

"Earlier, when Jacob kissed me, we noticed your eyes glowing red and yellow," Melissa explained. "So Jacob told me he had a plan to help you become an Alpha."

Stiles walked over to Scott. "I see. So the plan was to make it look like Melissa was in danger."

"Yes," Jacob confirmed. "Scott only needed a small push to become an Alpha, and the desperate desire to save Melissa was the push he needed." He smirked and looked at Scott. "I'm proud of you, son."

Scott growled. "Screw you."

"Is that how you thank me for helping you?" Jacob raised an eyebrow, then glanced at Malia. "Malia, beat him some more."

Scott stood up and quickly hid behind Melissa. "No, no! Mom, keep her away from me!"

"Then thank Jacob," Melissa said firmly.

Scott looked at Jacob reluctantly. "Thank you very much for helping me become an Alpha."

Jacob grinned. "Call me dad."

Scott growled again. "Don't push it."

Jacob smiled, hugged Melissa, and said, "There's Malia's saliva all over your shoulder. Let's go have a shower together."

Melissa kissed him, then shook her head. "That's a no."

Scott groaned. "This is not good for my health." Ignoring them, he turned to Stiles. "Take a picture of me. I want to see what I look like."

Stiles took out his phone, snapped a photo, and showed it to him.

Scott studied it. "Oh, I look good." He looked over at Lydia. "Lydia, I don't look ugly anymore, right?"

Lydia shrugged. "I guess."

Melissa finally noticed the small blue dragon in Jacob's hands. "Jacob, who is this?"

Jacob handed Saphira to her. "This is Saphira. She's like Cogman and Kitty."

Melissa played gently with the little dragon in her hands. "She's not from our world?"

Stiles's eyes widened. "Wait, I know a dragon named Saphira—she's from the movie Eragon. But she doesn't look like this." He glanced at Kitty in Lydia's arms. "And you—you're Kitty Softpaws from the Shrek universe, right? But again, you don't look exactly like the one in the movie."

"Well," Jacob said, "you can't expect them to look exactly like the movie version."

"Why not?"

Jacob shrugged. "I don't know how the writers of those movies could tell almost the exact story of other worlds, but you shouldn't expect them to be accurate in every detail."

Kitty chimed in. "I've been meaning to ask since I saw the Puss in Boots movie—how does whoever wrote it know my backstory and my world so well?"

Lydia considered it. "Maybe some people who travel through worlds, like Jacob's ancestors, brought stories back with them and told people. Or maybe some people have psychic powers like me and can connect to other worlds through visions or dreams, then wrote stories about what they saw."

"Maybe," Jacob said. "Anyway, let's not think too much about that stuff. All I know is that the movie worlds are real, and I'm looking forward to visiting them. Now, let's go back home."

Stiles held up a hand. "Wait. I get that you had to beat Scott to help him become an Alpha, but why beat me though?"

"If Malia only beat Scott, the whole play wouldn't have been so realistic," Jacob explained. "He might not have believed Melissa was really in danger. So beating you was a necessary evil."

Stiles rubbed his sore ribs. "So I just got beaten up for nothing?"

"No, you got beaten up to help your best friend. Besides, you're all healed up."

"Yeah, but it still hurts." Stiles looked over at the giant winged wolf. "What is Malia anyway? I've never seen or heard of a wolf with wings and lightning powers before."

"She's a chimera," Jacob said. "A mix of a werecoyote and a thunderbird."

With that, they teleported back to Serendell.

Lydia, Malia, and Kitty teleported directly to the palace, while Jacob teleported the others to the wide plains far from the buildings. He gave Melissa, Stiles, and Scott the permission mark to enter and leave Serendell as they pleased and explained the time dilation.

Then he took out three Hulk serums and three White Honey Potions, explaining what they were, and handed them out.

Next, he explained the Firaga and Lightning Release technique scrolls, handing Melissa one of each. He looked at Stiles and Scott. "You two can choose one."

Stiles pouted. "Why can't we have both scrolls like Melissa?"

"Because she's my wife. So stop being greedy and choose one, or I'll change my mind and give them both to Scott."

Scott said, "Give me the fire spell."

"Are you serious?" Stiles argued. "The lightning ability is more powerful—it can chase your enemies!"

Scott took the Firaga scroll from Jacob and shrugged. "I'll ask Mom to get me the lightning scroll later."

"That's not fair." Stiles turned to Melissa with pleading eyes. "You're the closest thing to a mother I've had since my mom died. Don't forget to get me some good things from Jacob."

Then he looked back at Jacob. "I could be your son. And unlike Scott, I'd call you daddy if you want… just not when my real dad is around."

Jacob hit him with the Lightning Release scroll. "Get lost."

He then took a space ring and slid it onto Melissa's ring finger. Making a small cut on her finger, he let a drop of blood fall onto the ring. Melissa felt the connection with it instantly and knew what it was. Excited, she pulled Jacob into a deep kiss.

Scott looked away, and Stiles focused on the ring. "Hey, Jacob—I've seen Allison and the girls wearing the same kind of ring, and I've seen them pulling stuff out of it. Is it a space ring?"

"Yes."

"Can I have one, please?"

"That's a no. These rings are wedding rings—I can't give you one. Now go drink the serum and potion and learn the lightning ability before I take them back."

Stiles hugged the items Jacob gave him and walked off without another word. Scott followed.

Jacob handed Melissa the Quen scroll, explained what it was, and said, "Put the scrolls in your ring and absorb the serum first."

Melissa stored the scrolls, kissed him, and whispered, "Thank you."

"You're welcome."

Jacob lay back on the grass with Saphira sleeping on his chest and waited for the three of them to absorb the serum and learn the abilities from the scrolls. Afterward, he sparred with them for a few hours until they got a handle on their new strength.

Then he told Stiles and Scott to choose a room in the huge palace for whenever they stayed in Serendell, and showed Melissa to her room—where he tried to join her in the shower, but she kicked him out.

He went to Malia, who hadn't gone to school, and took a long bath with her.

Later, Lydia and Allison returned from school and helped throw a small welcome party for Melissa. Jacob had brought Noah, Natalie, and Allison's parents to Serendell for the occasion. He quietly warned them all beforehand: no strange looks. Melissa was already feeling self-conscious about their relationship.

After the party, Jacob, Allison, and Lydia gave Noah, Natalie, and the Argents a quick tour of Serendell and explained how it worked. He gave Noah the Mirakuru serum and a Firaga scroll, gave Natalie and Chris each a Lightning Release scroll, and gave Victoria the Firaga scroll. He also gave each of them the permission mark to enter and leave Serendell and let them choose rooms in the palace to use whenever they visited.

That night, Allison was so happy that he'd allowed her parents into Serendell that she forgave him for flirting with Kate. She took him to her room and rewarded him with sex until she couldn't anymore, then sent him to Lydia's room, where another sex marathon began until Lydia passed out.

Jacob lay in bed with Lydia sleeping on his chest, a content smile on his face.

"Today was a great day."
