Immediately Zack took a silver knife from his coat and dipped it in a can of salt he always carried around before using the nearby water to sanctify it..
Then he rushed to create a wall of spirituality around them while praying to The Fool
"The Fool that doesn't belong to this era"
"The Mysterious Ruler above the Gray Fog;"
"The King of Yellow and Black who wields good luck."
"I pray to you!"
"I pray that you grant me the power to stop this man's spirit from leaving!"
the wall of spirituality that Zack formed seemed to be coated with a grayish white colour as a black sickening form left the man's body and tried to leave.
Looking at this, Leah, who had just entered after hearing the commotion from around the corner of the building, looked at Kevin
'is he a blessed of Mr.Fool?'
'are they all blessed or do they draw this attention due to him?'
'i need to observe more these five more closely'
Then she said "what's happening?"
Robert gave her a quick catch up on the situation as she said "good work Arthur and Zack, if you two hadn't reacted in time then the library wouldn't be our secret base of operations, and we wouldn't have a lead for the Bliss Society.. but now you just killed this guy spying on us and I can divine there cause and whereabouts as we trapped his soul here'
However Zack intervened "I'll do the divination... it could help me in digesting my potion" and after some hesitation Leah nodded her head "divine their cause for coming to Chester county through dream divination"
Zack took a paper and after a few moments of deliberation he wrote a statement and took a chair placed it in front of the dead man and his 'spirit' as he focused on the two and said "The cause for his organization to come to Chester county"
"The.. organization.. Chester county"
After repeating the statement he went into slumber...
He saw the man they had killed in a dark alleyway in front of a man with black robes
although the man's face was hidden well Zack could see that he had a receding white hairline and a scar that reached his chin through his right eye.
The man in the robes spoke "The heretics of the evil god The Fool are trying to stop us from pleasing the Great Mother, follow them and figure out what they're planning... here take this seed fragment it should intervene with their divination"
Then the scene changed as he now stood underground surrounded by leaking pipes and dirty water near his feet... he saw a group of people in those same black robes
'they seem to be goin somewhere..'
He followed them as suddenly they turned and he saw a pale green ball that seemed to squelch and turn like something were moving inside of it...
As soon as he saw it Zack's mind went chaotic, all sorts of emotions erupted as in the material world his body started to show protruding veins, he immediately woke up and burst into a fit of coughs as some of the veins burst and dark blood began to splatter, very soon he found the gray fog protecting his mind and slowly began to return to normal.
Leah frowned as she watched him regain clarity
"you should rest in the infirmary before we do anything else"
"but i have news to share!"
Leah gave him a stern look as she said "in your current state any details might get muddled so you might as well save your energy"
As Zack nodded and was supported to the infirmary by Robert and Nick, Leah rubbed her temples before looking at Arthur, there's a girl waiting at the door get her to come inside... give something to eat"
Arthur nodded as he turned to leave the room
"...oh and also, don't ask her why she's here alright?.. she seems sensitive"
Arthur blinked a couple of time before nodding and leaving the room.
she turned to Chris "take these two and get them settled in the quarters upstairs"
Chris nodded and left with the duo for the stairs as she turned to Lena and said "take the night watch today"
Lena complied and turned for the exit.
Finally she turned to Kevin
"alright... although I've been a beyonder for a short time I know that him recovering shouldn't have been possible"
Kevin smiled and said "you seem as if mad about him surviving" he paused for a moment before adding "you it had something to do with me?!"
