Renzo – Alright! Enough distractions! Let's focus on leveling to 200 and mastering Mugen Tenshou.
Nyra – So let's dive in, to mastering Mugen Tenshou!
CLING
The System – [Renzo] be ready for teleportation, for training of Mugen Tenshou.
ZUPP
WHOOSHHH
Renzo felt the world warp around him, the floor dropping out from under his feet. The wind rushed past his ears as he was teleported to a vast training ground. It looked like a normal battlefield, like a sports ground, completely clear, flat, and endless.
The System – [Renzo], your power to Mugen Tenshou, is copying, dodging, analysing the enemy's skills, physical attack techniques at an extreme level, increased physical strength, durability, agility and stamina, and making a one-to-one exact replica of their weapon and use it efficiently.
Renzo – That power… is amazing! Cool! I can copy techniques? Physical attacks and dodge? That's insane! I can use the enemy's weapons too!!
With this increased attack, agility, and durability… I'll be the strongest! So let's start this game! Oii System! Are you ready?
The System – "No doubt, master, let's train for Mugen Tenshou."
Renzo – Haha! You're like a virtual friend! I hope we train well to become one… to protect everybody!
The System – "Let's start the training for Mugen Tenshou"
Kaelion and the others, back in the main hall.
Drevyn – So… Renzo teleported and started his training for Mugen Tenshou? He really is curious when it comes to becoming stronger and developing himself.
Nyra – No doubt… that's why he's one of the most unique echohearts among us.
Kaelion – Hah, obviously you would compliment him, no wonder you're dating him.
Nyra blushes, closing her eyes and looking down.
Nyra – Tsk, focus on yourself.
---
At Renzo's practice battlefield.
The System – Two clones summoned, defeat them.
Before Renzo could react, one of the clones, moving with blinding speed, came near him and unleashed a flurry of flashy consecutive punches. Renzo crossed his arms instinctively to block, but the brute force was overwhelming, forcing him to step back. Sweat dripped down his face, eyes almost closed.
Renzo – Damn… he's too fast!
BOOMM!
A hard punch landed in Renzo's stomach. He flew backward, crashing into a massive rock.
CRASHH!
Another clone appeared immediately, launching a relentless attack. Renzo countered, stepping back while performing perfect backflips. Both clones moved in perfect coordination, their attacks synchronizing flawlessly.
The clone on the left slammed his leg into the ground with a deafening CRACK, one hand reaching backward near his waist and the other stretching forward with open palms, aiming straight at Renzo. The clone on the right mirrored the same move, only reversed.
ZOOPPP!
They dashed forward simultaneously, delivering a double strike. Renzo twisted his body backward, narrowly dodging the deadly punches. Yet even as he moved, the clones didn't stop — they crashed into a massive rock 10–20 meters high, the impact sending cracks spider-webbing across the stone.
Renzo – Imagine if that attack actually hit me…
Both clones separated, attacking independently now. One shot upward, smashing against the ceiling with a BOOM, while the other collided with a wall sideways, sending debris flying.
Renzo dodged expertly, rolling forward. The clones flashed again, closing the distance in a heartbeat. The room was now enclosed with rocks and stones, debris hovering midair. Their speed… it was impossible to track. Faster than sound, maybe even more.
Renzo – Are they faster than sound? Brats… this is nothing, you're just mere—
Even as he spoke, Renzo's body was hit. The clones had accelerated, each strike landing successfully, testing his limits.
Renzo – These fools… they could never make me bleed! Over for you!
He observed their movements carefully, noticing a pattern. They always attacked simultaneously — no seconds apart, no milliseconds late.
Renzo – I've seen it… I know your moves!
Slowly, with concentration and focus, Renzo began to match their attacks. He dodged, twisted, and flipped, timing every movement perfectly. With a sudden burst of strength, he leapt forward and grabbed both clones by their necks.
Renzo – Taste my new move, weaklings… Shadow Quarter!
All the power he'd been honing through Diamond Refract concentrated into his fists. Muscles bulged, aura flared, and a green-yellow light surged as he slammed the clones backward.
CRASH! BOOM! WHOOSH!
The clones staggered, struggling to reform, but the System spoke again.
The System – Congratulations, master. Ten more clones incoming.
Renzo blinked, chest heaving.
Renzo – A congratulations? Shouldn't you be saying a farewell? Ten clones… that's insane!
The System – Player [Renzo] leveled up, stats increased.
Renzo – Hah… finally! Every strike, every dodge, every counter… it's all adding up. Diamond Refract… we're just getting started.
The battlefield filled again with ten new clones, each more precise, more ruthless, their attacks faster than Renzo had ever faced. Yet he smiled, aura blazing, feeling every muscle, every reflex adapting.
Renzo – Alright… bring it on! Let's see if you can match me this time!
And as the clones charged, Renzo's body moved as one with his power. Every dodge, every strike, every replicated weapon technique flowed seamlessly, not just copying, but enhancing him. The battle had begun in earnest, and he could feel himself growing stronger with each heartbeat, each clash of fists against clones.
Renzo – Level 200… we're getting closer… and the dungeon… Vaelis… I'm coming!
Let's test the new move, Equinox State.
*At Nyra's team
Nyra - We should start too, if Renzo can, we also will, we have to carry on the duty of Echoheart and save Vaelis.
