"Don't joke about erasing the Warhammer Universe! That place isn't even under your jurisdiction, is it?" Axis exclaimed, alarmed.
"Just kidding!" Zeno chuckled.
As long as that universe did not provoke him, Zeno couldn't be bothered to go over there and erase it. He was merely teasing Axis, much like how he enjoyed teasing the other Gods of Destruction.
"Lord Zeno, I would like to ask: when exactly did the Grand Minister travel to the world I transmigrated to?" Axis asked.
"Hmm! If you want to know, I can tell you," Zeno replied. "Right when you left our universe, the Grand Minister discovered a spacetime rift. However, that rift appeared very briefly; after it swallowed you, it vanished instantly."
Zeno continued, "It wasn't until later, as your strength grew and you became a God, that you became a lighthouse of sorts. But even then, the Grand Minister couldn't locate you.
"We only discovered the path when you used your special ability to come home. The Grand Minister followed that tunnel to get there. If it weren't for you, he wouldn't have been able to cross over, but now that he is there, he cannot come back."
Zeno had come here today with two objectives. Urging the Gods of Destruction to complete their tasks was actually secondary; the primary reason was to ask Axis to bring the Grand Minister back.
"Lord Zeno! Do you mean to say that the Grand Minister has not returned yet and is still in my world?" Axis inquired.
"Yes! Your ability is very unique and incredibly powerful," Zeno said. "Even the Grand Minister cannot cross worlds as you do. This power only fully manifested after you ascended to godhood. So, could I trouble you to bring the Grand Minister back?"
"Since Lord Zeno has asked, then naturally there is no problem. I can bring the Grand Minister back," Axis nodded and said.
However, a question arose. Since the Grand Minister had only made a one-way trip, how did Zeno know that his universe was rubbish and evil? Why did he even entertain the idea of erasing it?
"Lord Zeno, since the Grand Minister is trapped in my universe, how did he transmit news of my world back here?" Axis asked.
"The Grand Minister can use his mind to send us some messages, though he barely managed to convey anything," Zeno explained. "After the spacetime rift closed completely, he was trapped on the other side. He only transmitted a rough impression.
"Based on that impression, I feel like that universe is super evil! Also, judging by the humans, or rather, the Mortal Level index, it scores very low."
Originally, Zeno had held high expectations for that universe and wanted to know the mortal index there.
However, according to the fragments of information the Grand Minister sent back, the baseline index of humanity in that universe was even lower than the worst universe here.
It wasn't even a 1; it was around 0.8. One had to recall that the worst universe here, Universe 9, had a level of 1.2, and Universe 7, ranked second to last, had about 3.3. The top four universes exceeded a level of 7.
Axis nodded upon hearing this, feeling a sense of relief in his heart. Zeno's erasure ability was indeed potent, but he had to be physically present in the universe to use it.
Even a being as powerful as the Grand Minister could not freely traverse worlds. After all this time, Axis realized that this travel ability was his true "cheat."
It seemed his transmigration power was completely broken.
The Grand Minister had used the path Axis created to get there. Without Axis's help, the Grand Minister would likely be trapped in the Warhammer Universe forever, unable to return.
He had only been able to transmit a little intelligence regarding the Warhammer Universe before the tunnel closed completely.
"Lord Zeno! Aside from this matter, is there anything else?" Axis asked.
"Nope! But about what we discussed earlier, it's a deal. You must bring some powerful experts over, and then we will hold a martial arts tournament together, okay?" Zeno asked with a look of anticipation.
"No problem, as long as you don't arbitrarily erase my universe," Axis replied.
"Hmm! A universe like that probably should be erased, but suit yourself," Zeno said nonchalantly. "Nobody governs that place anyway, so I can't be bothered to go. I'll leave this matter to you. I'm leaving now!"
Having finished speaking, Zeno vanished into a streak of light, surrounded by his two attendants.
"I really didn't expect that Father actually went to your universe. No wonder I haven't been able to contact him recently, or even sense his Ki at all," Whis noted, glancing at Axis.
Even Vados looked at Axis with curiosity. She was quite intrigued by other worlds; the work of an Angel could be dull, and facing an immutable universe was often stifling.
Honestly, if she had known sooner, she would have let Lord Zeno dismiss Lord Champa. Having Axis as the God of Destruction on her side seemed like a nice alternative. At the very least, she would have found some amusement for a long time.
"I only just learned about this myself. But don't worry, after I make a wish to the Super Dragon, I will bring the Grand Minister back," Axis assured them.
"Then let's cut the chatter. This is Lord Zeno's mission, so we must complete it quickly. Let's hurry up and find the final Super Dragon Ball!" Beerus urged.
Next to him, the God of Destruction Champa nodded furiously. Nothing was more important than completing Lord Zeno's objectives.
However, this kid Axis seemed to know Zeno well, and perhaps in the future, his relationship with the Grand Minister would also be quite good.
"The seventh Super Dragon Ball is right beneath our feet. While we were fighting earlier, you should have noticed some golden light exposed from the underground," Axis explained. "This planet gathered quite a bit of dust in the Null Realm, which is why it looks this way. I will restore it to its original form now."
Axis finished speaking and placed his palm on the planet's surface.
He enveloped the entire planet in purple Destruction energy, destroying only the surface dust and soil, leaving behind a flawless Super Dragon Ball.
"I didn't expect the last one to be right here."
"In that case, Axis can make his wish. Hurry up and start! Axis, you need to bring the Grand Minister back as soon as possible," Beerus stated.
Axis nodded. The two Angels exerted their power simultaneously, gathering the seven massive Super Dragon Balls together, and then recited the language of the gods.
A burst of golden light soared into the sky. The colossal Super Shenron revealed its true form, a being of unimaginable size, its body as vast as a galaxy.
However, a smaller golden avatar appeared before them to facilitate conversation.
After the Super Dragon appeared, it didn't even glance at the others, looking directly at the two Angels instead.
The Super Dragon spoke in a difficult, obscure Divine Language. Aside from the Angels, the Gods of Destruction, the Supreme Kai's, and Axis, no one else understood a word.
"The Gods who have gathered the seven dragon balls, speak your wish. No matter what the wish is, I can grant it for you. But you may speak only one."
Just as he had thought, the Super Dragon would only satisfy the wishes of Gods and paid no heed to mortals.
Furthermore, the higher the rank of the God, the more qualified they were to make a wish.
"Axis, your wish is to strengthen your traversal ability, right?" Whis asked, looking at Axis.
"No, no! Lord Whis, I previously asked the Earth's Shenron to strengthen my ability to travel worlds," Axis replied. "If it's just returning to my universe, I can already handle that easily. For this wish to the Divine Dragon, I want to obtain the ability to create Dragon Balls."
Although Zeno had suggested strengthening his travel ability, the Earth's Shenron had already buffed it once.
Axis now desired the power of creation more. Once he created his own Dragon Balls, their power shouldn't be too shabby, and he could use his own creations to make further wishes later.
"Oh! Well, as long as you can bring Father back, that's fine. I understand your wish," Whis nodded, cleared his throat lightly, and began speaking to the Super Dragon.
"This wish is very simple. Please wait a moment!"
The giant dragon's eyes glowed red. A surge of golden energy shone upon Axis, and suddenly, the method for crafting Dragon Balls appeared in his mind.
He also gained the ability to manipulate divine dragons, similar to the ability possessed by Namekians.
Now, as long as he had fragments of Super Dragon Balls, Axis could easily create his own Dragon Balls.
The larger the Super Dragon Ball fragments, and the stronger Axis's own power, the more powerful the resulting divine dragon would be.
"Your wish has been granted. Farewell."
The Super Dragon nodded to Whis, completely ignoring Axis. It transformed directly into seven massive Super Dragon Balls and flew off, scattering to various locations in Universe 6 and Universe 7.
Axis once again felt the arrogance of the Gods. The Super Dragon had likely reached the realm of True Godhood; it could probably even grant a wish to create a universe.
"Alright, the wish has been granted. Axis, after you craft your own Dragon Balls, return to your world as soon as possible and bring Father back! Without the Grand Minister's management, this universe will run into major problems," Whis cautioned.
Axis nodded and agreed.
The group chatted for a while longer before the Angel of the Sixth Universe, Vados, took her group back to Universe 6, while Whis took the remaining group back to Earth in Universe 7.
"Kratos, did you finish your spar with Son Gohan?" Axis asked Kratos after exchanging a few pleasantries with the others.
"Father, I wanted to watch a battle involving a God of Destruction firsthand. Although I fought Lord Beerus once before, he didn't get serious that time," Kratos replied.
"That's right, Uncle Axis. Your battle with the Universe 6 God of Destruction was the priority. So, the two of us planned to fight only after watching your match," Son Gohan flew over and added.
"Hmm! Whatever, suit yourselves. You two can fight whenever you want."
"Haha, exactly my thoughts. I've barely been able to hold back. Let's go, Kratos! I'll take you to the Ice Continent in the north. It's sparsely populated there, so we can fight to our heart's content," Son Gohan said, waving his hand.
Gohan didn't want to watch Axis create Dragon Balls because, having grown up on Earth, he had been linked to Dragon Balls since childhood.
He had seen Earth's balls, Namek's balls, and now the Super Dragon Balls. To him, they were all just wish-granting tools.
Kratos did want to see his father craft the Dragon Balls, but those items would belong to his father regardless, so he could see them anytime.
"Father, I'll go and teach this kid a lesson. I can feel that he isn't my match."
"That kid's combat talent is very high. You have to push him, squeeze the potential out of him, before he can unleash his best self," Axis said with a mysterious smile.
Kratos nodded and caught up with Son Gohan. The two headed toward the frozen continent.
"Well Axis, I'm going to head over to watch. I'm not really interested in you making Dragon Balls," Goku said. He and Vegeta waved to Axis and left directly.
The rest of the group from Universe 7 bid their farewells.
Whis and Beerus also returned to the Planet of Destruction.
After everyone had left, Axis found a desolate location and took out the fragments of the Super Dragon Balls.
The first step in making Dragon Balls was selecting the material.
The fragments of the Super Dragon Balls were immense. Axis held massive chunks in his hands; by combining two pieces together, he had enough to craft exactly seven Dragon Balls.
The Dragon Balls Axis created were huge; each one was significantly larger than a human, roughly the size of a small house.
Under Axis's divine power, the fragments rapidly deformed and reshaped into seven giant Dragon Balls.
Now Axis needed to configure the settings, such as the parameters for wishes, the number of wishes, and the appearance of the dragon.
After some thought, Axis decided that his divine dragon would look like Earth's Shenron, but its color would not be green.
Instead, it would be gold, similar to the Super Dragon, modeling its appearance completely on a five-clawed golden dragon.
In terms of size, it would be larger than a planet, far exceeding the dragon of Namek, second only to the Super Dragon in scale.
The most important point was that this divine dragon would be bound to him, not to a specific universe.
Unlike Earth's Dragon Balls which scattered to different regions, these would function differently.
Axis's dragon would need a period to recover its energy after granting wishes, but Axis could also consume his own divine power to forcefully restore the dragon, allowing for immediate wishes again.
Regarding the number of people resurrected and the number of times one could be revived, Axis placed no restrictions on his dragon.
The power of this dragon would be second only to the Super Dragon, and it would grow stronger as Axis's own divine power increased.
He could even shrink the size of his Dragon Balls in the future, but for this initial phase, the Super Dragon Ball fragments dictated their massive size.
After completing all the settings, Axis condensed his own divine power and the newly obtained Dragon God energy.
Like a surging golden galaxy, the energy poured continuously into the seven giant Dragon Balls hovering before him.
Each Dragon Ball, the size of a hill, glowed with golden light, emitting a humming vibration. Their surfaces were perfect.
"Condense!" Axis shouted in a low voice, his eyes shining with divine light.
Axis's soul successfully bound with the seven Dragon Balls.
From this day on, the dragon summoned from them would grow with his power and would unconditionally fulfill the tasks Axis gave it.
For instance, if someone else obtained Axis's Dragon Balls and summoned the dragon, but the wish posed a threat to Axis, the dragon could refuse to execute it.
Usage required Axis's personal consent; not just anyone could steal them and make a wish.
At the same time, Axis received feedback from the dragon: every wish granted would generate a trace of Minus Energy.
This Minus Energy would appear based on the magnitude of the wish and the balance of reality it affected.
When the Minus Energy accumulated to a certain level, the dragon's evil side would be released.
This evil version of the dragon would not obey even its creator. Therefore, it was best for the dragon to clear out all internal Minus Energy after each wish before being used again.
Wasn't this setting from Dragon Ball GT? Axis thought. It seemed Minus Energy was an unavoidable byproduct of all Dragon Balls.
If left to cleanse itself, the dragon would need about one hundred years to purify the Minus Energy completely.
However, if Axis was willing to help, the speed would increase significantly.
Having understood the nature of his creation, Axis formally bestowed life upon the dragon and named it Pangu.
The name held the weight of the origin of Eastern mythology.
Boom—!
Seven immensely thick pillars of golden light suddenly erupted from the Dragon Balls, piercing the firmament and converging at a single point high in the sky.
That point expanded and twisted rapidly, like a singularity at the creation of the world, containing unimaginable power.
Immediately following this, a dragon roar that shook the soul and seemed to originate from the beginning of the universe resonated through heaven and earth!
A golden divine dragon, even larger than the Earth itself, appeared.
It had the same structure as Earth's Shenron, but it was far more majestic and holy, radiating astonishing divine power.
The entire solar system was bathed in golden light. Earth was awash in gold, though for the worldly people of Earth, this commotion was nothing special.
After all, on this planet, the sky turned black in the middle of the day constantly, and a giant green dragon often floated about. A golden one appearing now was hardly shocking.
"My Creator, My Master, I am the Divine Dragon Pangu. Speak your wish. Whatever the wish may be, I can realize it for you."
The massive golden dragon lowered its head to look at Axis.
"You may now state three wishes."
The power of this dragon was immense.
Theoretically, anything Axis could do, the dragon could do, and things Axis could not do, the dragon could easily accomplish.
