The moment those words escaped from my mouth and using my ability to see through the tome of darkness in front of me, I was able to see that they have heard every word that I had just said from their weird reactions .
The weird looking group of creatures looked at one another and seem to be communicating among themselves on what to do, but then as if coming to a decision, I saw that a screen of some kind began to materialize in front of the dark tome .
In that screen came the familiar face of elder Levn, if not for the fact that there were bandages covering him from head to toe, I wouldn't have recognized him, that's one of the tricky traits that this race have, they all look very similar in appearance, almost undistinguishable from one another, some of the elderly people among them could still be distinguishable, but them being able to disguise themselves made things worse .
But regardless of this, I saw that the elder in front of me was almost fuming with anger, his eyes were bloodshot and they were black as ink, I can understand where his anger was coming from, but I didn't expect that he would recklessly start taunting me into attacking the barrier while disregarding the lives of the other family members, he said :
I dare you to take another step in the barrier, even if it killed me and everyone here, we won't surrender to your damn family, we will lock you up here even if we sacrificed the whole family .
Once our family head come back, he will avenge all of us and finish all of you Dorell family trash, come inside, I dare you to do it .
The Elder of the Levern Family seemed to have gone crazy, it's better if you didn't do as he asked .

I also agree with Tay, it's quite dangerous for you to do something like this, how about I bring some members of our race and surround the place and hope that they will give up sooner or later .
Listening to his words and the words of concern from the two girls, I couldn't help but chuckle a little and instead of answering them, I turned my gaze back to the screen and said :

They once again looked at each other and wondered what exactly could have given me that much confidence to come and threaten them in their own turf like that .
Seeing that continuing to talk with them was quite meaningless, I instead decided that it was time for this farce to end, I took another step forward and much to surprise of everyone present, the moment my body came in contact with the dark tome .
The barrier that these guys were so proud of actually began to have cracks appear on it much to the fright of the Levern Family people, some began to cry out loud directly and others began to shudder, another step forward was all that it took me to shatter the barrier in front of me completely .
Like shattered glass, the barrier that they were hiding behind and their last line of defense directly broke down, cries of astonishment and fright appeared all over the place, Tay and Fey were both shocked to their core, I didn't care much about this and instead descended from the sky and began waking unhurriedly towards the gates of the family mansion .
The people of the Levern Family were still shocked to the core and were unable to know what to do, all until I broke down the gates as I tried opening them, then Levn was the first to come back to his senses, he yelled loudly for all his peers to attack and prepare to fight for the death .
But the number of people who were actually willing to respond was quite minimal, most of the others started to retreat back to their homes and others vanished on the spot, I didn't know whether were they fleeing or just planning to assassinate me, but either way, it meant that I didn't need to exterminate the whole race in my attempt in fighting back .
With elder Levn, the troops willing to fight me to the death were 30 members, seeing them all flared up, I took another step forward and the 30 members began to decrease with every step I took, in the end as I reached them, they were no more than 7 people .
6 Excluding the badly injured Levn, witnessing this happening, I was able to see the shadow of despair flickering around the Elder in bandages, but he seemed to have forsaken it all, his life and everything else as he throw himself at me .
I thought that he was reckless at first, but then I saw his hand make a few signatures and mana pulse stronger than what he was able to create before appear, dumbfounding me even further, then I heard Fey and Tay warning, telling me what exactly wrong with this guy, he was actually detonating his Mana Core for a greater increase in strength .
He was facing me head on with everything he got and the other 6 seeing him like this soon followed in his tracks as well, just as that elder arrived close enough to me and to my eyes even his fastest speed was nothing more than crawling, I was able to finally understand that his motive wasn't actually to face me head on .
He was actually trying to perish with me, the old fool detonated his Mana Core completely and as a result he was able to access much more explosive power, that explosive power was the catalyst of this suicidal move .

The moment he appeared close enough to me, his whole body began to crack and blue fire made of Mana erupted from inside his body coming at me wanting to devour me, I could have escaped easily, but sensing no threat from this weird fire I allowed it to descend on me .
Then without much suspense, the fire devoured my whole body, but didn't do much damage, screams from the other 6 people outside began to be heard, then other 6 flames began to arise one after another and I was directly engulfed from every side .
The flames shaped themselves in what seemed to be some kind of a prison, sealing all the ways of moving and burning my body, but the burning effect was minimal, but that wasn't the most surprising thing, the most surprising thing was hearing the voice of the elder and the other 6 people inside the prison of flames, saying :
With burning my Blood, Soul, Mana, seal my enemy in an eternal prison of retribution, burning his Body, Soul, Mana, sealing him in eternal prison of resentment, Blue Hell Of Retribution .
It seemed to be some kind of a spell, activating my eyes again, I was actually able to see 7 skulls that were spouting this blue fire, distributed in every direction even above and below me, turning my surroundings into a Blue colored Hellish environment .
Wanting to get out was simple enough, crush the skulls spouting fire and break free from the Spatial prison that the spell they used created, without my eyes power, I would have not been able to detect where those skulls were, but now everything was quite simple .
Flashing quickly towards the side of one of those skulls, I was able to sense its existence, but after deactivating my eye power, I would actually be unable to see it clearly, but sense its weight in my hand, closing my hand, the skull actually didn't have a scratch on it .
Only after I delivered a full strength punch did it finally shattered to pieces, in the next short period of time, the flames were extinguished and only the black prison still existed, that was the sealing they mentioned, I was in another space, or to be more accurate, I was still in the same place but the area I was in, was completely sealed .
Seeing that there was nothing else to do but brute force my way through, I transformed into my Demon Form and surprisingly that was all that took to force the dimensions of this sealed space to be shaken off and I saw cracks began to appear in the prison, then it shattered and everything returned to normal again, only one problem occurred .
When I entered the place it was still during the day, but now it was actually night, the two girls Fey and Tay were standing in front of me as if guarding me up, but I saw that there bodies had actually signs of having come out of a grave battle, hearing the commotion behind them, they were tensed at first, but seeing me come out, they released a sigh of relief .
So you are the one who actually wanted to exterminate my Levern Family today, you were able to escape from your prison good, very good, it's a good thing that I didn't need to destroy the prison myself from outside to kill you, today I would bury all of you here .
Not giving me any chance to talk with the the two girls and understand what was going on, this voice came from somewhere in the space but there was no one in my line of sight, but without the need of them to say it, I was able to know whose voice was that .
The family head of the Levern Family, Levan, the guy who was said to be quite dangerous to deal with, at least for normal people that is, as for me, it took me less than a second to be aware of where he was, he was actually right behind me, but was hiding in the shadow dimension .
Hiding in my shadow, I had seen that ability before, that guy was difficult to deal with because of that specific reason, he was able to hide himself completely in another dimension, just as I was thinking like that, I was able to suddenly see two black like ink daggers heading directly towards the backs of the two girls in front of me .
There was no need to turn to my human form, with a strong flap of my wings, a torrent of air appeared and stopped these two daggers in tracks, but they hadn't disappeared, they fall on the floor .
" You are family head Levan, right, well I would still offer you to surrender now, otherwise today not only you are going to lose your family, but also your life, what do you say ? .
Hahaha, how about before you begin flaunting threats, you die for me first .
With that, portals began to appear from the sky above me, then from the portals, it began to rain daggers similar to the two daggers from before but they were actually made of Mana .
I covered the two already injured women with my body, the next shout came from the stunned Levan who saw with his own eyes that his daggers had no effect on my skin and body, other than creating a few holes in my clothes at most .
Huh, how is that possible, my daggers can pierce the Flesh of Rulers without difficulty, how is that possible .
" Can I understand these actions of yours as you refusing to surrender .
There was a brief silent after I said this, but his response was already clear to me as two huge monstrous shadows engulfed the battlefield all of a sudden, both were holding dark spears in hands, both were aimed at me, ironically enough even though the two monsters were quite huge in size, they were still unable to dwarf me in size .
With two punches those guys were dissolved into dark Mana particles in an instant, then after dealing with these guys, I directly transformed back to my human form, just so that I force him to have no more place to hide .
It seemed my plan worked, he finally made his first actual appearance on the battlefield, surprisingly he was more human than I thought he would be, he was a young man with purple eyes and pale looking face and was clad in a dark armor, his expression currently was quite evil and malicious as he looked at me, but that was quite reasonable .
I didn't move to attack him, thinking of a new way to deal with him, it would be quite troublesome if he were to sink in the shadow dimension again, so I will need to force him to close the distance himself .
I suddenly coughed a mouthful of blood and acted as if I was internally injured, he not willing to let go of this chance directly transformed into a ball of darkness and directly equiped the two daggers from before and came dashing at me, the moment he was close enough to me, I urged my eye power again, this time my aim was to fix him in place using his own daggers .
The daggers surprisingly didn't respond to me, but there was no time to act shocked, his daggers was already aiming for my throat, I still didn't sense much danger from such attack and allowed it to land .
I then saw the victorious smile on the face of Levan, already believing that he won, then his face was twisted in agony as I directly punched a hole through his gut, he was panic-stricken when he saw that his attack did no substantial damage whatsoever .
I infused my Mana into the hand that pierced his chest, then without a second wasted, I fixed him in place using the two daggers he held on him and said :
" I'm willing to give you one last chance, are you willing to surrender or should I eradicate this whole family of yours here and now .
Releasing the killing intent that I hadn't used since this fight started was enough to force the guy in front of me to quiver in fright, after he kept staring wide-eyed at me for a few minutes, his words before losing conscious was :
I'm....willing.... to surrender .
