Mika turned his head slowly, meeting her gaze. The moment their eyes locked, Yelena felt a shudder run through her entire body, as though she were a tiny mouse cowering before a demonic monster whose power was growing stronger by the second.
He rubbed his chin thoughtfully.
"Oh, I don't know." He said, his voice disturbingly casual. "I had a bunch of different ideas while I was trapped in Marcus's mind. I've been sorting through them, weighing the options, trying to decide which approach would be most effective."
