Gara led them to another room, one specifically designated as a meeting room. Fian followed behind. Gara had never hidden the development of the Dimensional Home from him.
"Young Master, allow me to introduce myself. I am Adelyn, the person responsible for coordinating with Navira Barony," the young woman Hilda had brought said after they arrived at the meeting room.
"Explain what happened," Gara ordered.
The atmosphere in the room immediately turned tense. Everyone sat with serious expressions.
For Adelyn, facing these three formidable figures made the air feel thinner around her, but her work at the duchy's secretary office had trained her to deal with important people.
"Representatives from Raksa County arrived and ordered our guards to leave Navira Barony. They claimed we were effectively invading one of their subordinate territories. They refused to listen to explanations from either us or Navira Barony."
Gara was not surprised.
