"This is kind of embarrassing…" Haldor mumbled, complaining as always. The cause of it was that he was currently being carried like a princess in Berserker's arms while the boy he just met sat on his shoulder as Berserker leaped from a rooftop to another.
It just felt embarrassing to Haldor being carried like that (last time didn't count, it was an emergency).
Oh and Pierre? He just was flying minding his own business for now.
Haldor had also presented the bird to the boy who strangely enough offered the bird a handshake… which made Haldor laugh very much though. Anyway, after the presentations were done the boy asked him if there was a faster way to reach the battlesite, to which he replied:
"I don't know, maybe if Berserker carried us we'd reach there pretty fast."
Had he never said it, the boy immediately climbed over the Servant and pointed in the direction of the big explosion from before and told him to go there… which left Haldor kind of speechless from his sheer shamelessness.
Other than that he tried to talk with the kid some more but he pretty much only gave surface level answers at anything or just a yes or no. It felt like talking to a wall.
The kid had this strange, slightly scary aura around him that he couldn't quite place but felt slightly familiar; however his mannerism from what he saw these past two minutes made Haldor fight to hold back his laughter more than he would have liked. But that didn't he liked the boy, he was still a nut hitting little fucker.
Pierre somewhat liked the boy though, of that Haldor was sure. The bird liked being treated like a gentleman after all, so that definitely netted him some points there.
As they traveled on the BerserCar, the scenery changed quickly thanks to the incredible horse power carrying them but the most notable changes were the now empty debris filled streets.
Some buildings could be seen missing various pieces and the atmosphere was quite gruesome; for example a certain one had a large circular hole that pierced right through the middle of it, it looked like a condominium where many people must have lived in, which was probably why from the massive opening a red fluid was running down the building's exterior painting it red.
"By the way kid, are you really sure you can handle yourself without summoning your Servant?" Haldor asked from Berserker's embrace.
"No." The boy didn't even take a second to think it through and immediately answered so.
"Haaaa… Are you trying to get yourself killed?" Haldor couldn't help but heave a sigh, the kid just told he wasn't even confident in his own chances.
"No." The boy repeated without even looking at Haldor.
"Are you messing with me right now?"
"No." He repeated again.
"..."
"..."
The conversation fell into an awkward silence at that.
'How is he keeping such a straight face!?' Haldor lamented in his thoughts due to the sheer awkwardness of the situation, the boy sure had a monstrous poker face.
"Why are there no more explosions now?" The boy finally broke the silence, he had noticed that since that one big blast that surpassed all of the previous ones no new one appeared in the sky.
"That's probably because the fight is either over already or in a lull." Berserker was the one to answer his question as he offered his opinion. "That big explosion from before was the clash of two opposing Noble Phantasms. So even if both of them survived they would probably need a moment to gather themselves."
"How nice for us." Haldor scoffed as he unholstered his revolver, Red Striker, he opened the cylinder and checked if it was properly loaded before closing it before addressing their passenger. "I hope you are ready, kiddo."
However the one to answer him wouldn't be the child.
"Master, the kid already jumped." Berserker said as he pointed behind them by jerking his head.
"What!?" Turning to look in that direction Haldor saw the boy landing on a wooden electricity pole. "WHERE THE HELL ARE YOU GOING!"
But the boy in the distance obviously couldn't respond to him.
'Did I just get ditched?'
"Should I turn back?" Berserker asked with a raised eyebrow.
Haldor was about to tell him "yes" but then he saw the boy go to a certain something and held back his laughter. 'So that's why he jumped… he could have just asked us to stop for a second, heh.'
"Nah, go forward BerserCar, we will meet him again in this chaos anyway. He is still a magus so he can probably take care of himself if he was invited as a Master." Haldor just shrugged but soon he thought back on it.
"Mhhh, it does make me feel kind of bad though… ah crap, whatever. Hey, Berserker, you go up and fight the Servants, I will go pick him up." Haldor rumbled a bit and then slapped berserker's shoulder.
Receiving that as a signal Beowulf simply let go of his Master and let him fall to the ground.
"AHHH!!! YOU COULD HAVE PUT ME DOWN FUCKER!" As he fell Haldor screamed to Beowulf at the top of his lungs. But it would be fine, he can survive this kind of fall one way or another.
Which was also why despite asking Beowulf to catch the boy before he actually didn't think he would have died from the fall probably and he could have always used a command spell anyway to save himself with his Servant.
If only he knew the boy was not even a magus until three days ago and that he didn't even know how to use a command spell then Haldor would have just tied him up on a street lamp.
***
The boy barely heard the yelling of Haldor from afar but had no idea what the man just said because he was getting too much further away, instead the boy just let himself slide down the pole feeling the wood scratch his belly and legs.
As soon as he reached the ground he let go of the pole and looked around for something he saw when he was riding on Berserker's shoulder, it was fairly conspicuous so it wasn't really hard to find.
It was a burning and barely recognizable police car. And besides it was the body of a burned man whose face was now unrecognizable.
The boy rummaged through his belt and pulled out a gun from the man's holster and a baton that was scalding hot and charred black, it had definitely seen better days. Not that the gun looked any batter.
'It's kind of heavy…' The boy ignored the pain caused by the heat of the weapons, instead he weighed the gun on his hand before and tried to pull on the trigger to see if it fired. However he couldn't even pull the trigger all the way in, it was almost like it was stuck on something.
'Is it broken?' He wondered as he continued trying to pull the trigger but was unsuccessful. 'Maybe I could just throw it at someone but it's so heavy… maybe I could just reinforce it and use it like a hammer by holding it from the barrel.'
SHIII
He connected his circuits to the gun and as he tried to reinforce it, he also simultaneously commuted to the one procedure he learned from that Senpai yesterday. He quickly succeeded at reinforcing the gun despite the job being somewhat sloppy for a decent magus' standard but he had gotten a better hang of this since this morning when he fought Sialim. Subconsciously he analyzed the entire structure of the gun and realized something as his brain processed the information.
There was this thing connected to a button above the handle of the gun that blocked the trigger from firing, it was the gun's safe. Pulling it down the boy tried pulling on the trigger once again.
BANG
His arm flew up from the unexpected kickback but the gun did indeed fire a bullet this time.
"So that's why it didn't work." He commented off handedly before he felt something land on his shoulder.
"PEEP" It was a bird with an eyepatch he met before together with the man from before. His name should have been Pierre if he was right.
He just gave him a nod and was about to ignore him before realizing that he was so preoccupied with getting a weapon he didn't ask that man where the enemies were.
If there were no enemies to fight around he couldn't start a fight after all.
"Do you know where I can find the people we came here to fight?" Not having other alternatives, the boy asked the bird on his shoulder.
"PEEP" Pierre in turn nodded at the boy's question, he did know where to find people, the birds around who were running away told him.
"PEEP PEEP" However instead of answering the bird just started pecking the side of the boy's head with his beak.
"What are you doing?" The boy tried to shoo him off but Pierre skillfully avoided his hand and continued pecking on his head.
"Just ignore him." Suddenly calling him out of nowhere Haldor appeared. He ran there after Berserker let him fall. "He is a noisy bird so he throws tantrums sometimes. Anyway, there are a lot of explosions going on in that building over there so the guys we are here for must be there."
Looking where Haldor was pointing the boy ignored the bird pulling his hair and saw a high rise building a few hundred meters away that had a whole floor on fire and broken windows in some others.
"Then let's go." The boy prepared to run in that direction but was forced to stop.
"Wait." Haldor grabbed him by the shoulder.
"?"
"There's something we must do before that." Haldor pointed at the corpse on the ground and told the kid in a serious tone. "Check their wallet if there is anything that can be saved first."
"...No, I don't need money." Refusing the boy just ran straight towards the building.
"What a bummer…" Haldor gave up on the wallets and followed after him.

Meanwhile
The battle inside the office building hadn't stopped for a single instant, up until now they continued exchanging and avoiding blows while messing up all of the fourteenth floor with their clash. At one point a massive explosion lit up the sky but it didn't stop the two from fighting.
They continued wracking the room using anything that met their hands as a weapon or distraction.
TUNK TUNK TUNK TUK
Yvette ducked under four knives that were thrown at her from Alicia that missed her by hair breadth plunging in the wall behind her. Using the moment Alicia tried to launch a roundhouse kick to Yvette's head but she quickly rolled away from her crouching position to her right, barely avoiding the blow.
She used her hands to push herself back on her feet quickly reaching for chalk to draw with on the floor.
"Gear." However Alicia simply removed her charred leather glove and using Flash Air transformed it into three thin knife like blades and threw them at the height of Yvette's feet.
TUNK TUNK TUNK
Her chalk was cut in half but she managed to avoid being hit by jumping backward just in time.
'Dammit, I have no time to switch my mystic eye.' Yvette cursed internally as she threw the half piece of chalk in her hand at Alicia's face as a distraction. Right now she was using the mystic eye made of Iolite which enabled her to see the flow of magical energy. She needed to use this eye to locate the letters she could use from the dices and look out for the rest of the enemies inside the building who might be approaching.
However because of that she could only use that one eye until she changed it with another. She originally planned to switch to her mystic eye of Flame in case things got bad but the woman in front of her left her with no time to do so.
Alicia crouched low on the ground and sprinted past the thrown piece of chalk running dangerously close to the floor for a single instant before straightening back up, bolting straight to Yvette, clearly aiming to engage her in close quarters again.
"You are so damn kinky, girl." Yvette commented, reinforcing her body even further with magical energy running through her circuits before trying to throw a straight right jab to the other woman's face.
SLAP
Alicia swatted her fist away with her right hand and stepped closer to Yvetter.
Her remaining left glove glowed up in her hand transforming into a ten centimeters long blade with no handle, its base stuck like glue to her palm. She thrusted her open palm upward aiming for the girl's throat.
FWUU SKURT
Yvette jerked her head back but still received a cut in her chin and left cheek. She tried stepping on her feet but, as if predicting it, Alicia rose her own and stomped Yvette's instead with her heel and used her right to grab the girl's shoulder before trying to stab her again with the blade on her hand.
This time however Yvette caught the blade with her right hand, the blade cutting her palm as blood dripped down on her grip. 'She is using reinforcement on it but it's still a blade made with displacement magecraft. It cannot be as durable as a real blade.'
CRACK PANG
Using all the strength in her hand Yvette snapped the blade in half before trying to use it to stab her enemy back in the gut.
"Huu." Alicia pushed Yvette by the shoulder and stepped back to avoid the attack.
SWUSH STRAP
She successfully avoided getting hit, barely having a piece of her dress cut slightly but it didn't even reach into the protection she wore under her clothes.
The two now stood face to face sizing each other a few meters apart once again.
"Hah… hah…" Yvette panted raspily, sucking in as much air as she possibly could, meanwhile the blade in her hand shattered to dust as it couldn't last any longer after the damage it received to its structure. She was growing tired and she didn't have that much magical energy left too, especially now when she felt Lancer activate his Noble Phantasm. It was like a vacuum emptied her already compromised reserves.
Until now she had been slowly trying to recover with the help of a gem she wore as a necklace under her clothes, the recovery rate was very slow due to the fact that she didn't have the time to concentrate solely on that, thus the effect was simply slightly higher than her natural recovery rate but it was still helpful in whatever measure it could provide and yet now everything she built up was already gone and some more. 'That bastard could have at least given me a warning or something, damn geezer.'
In front of her Alicia was breathing at a slightly steadier pace but she also was somewhat roughed up from the previous ambush than she would have liked. As preparation for Yvette's rather renowned artificial mystic eye of flame she used to burn a part of one Einhasse's children, Julius and Alicia decided to use a specially crafted synthetic skin to wear that would act as a substitute to one's own skin as a flammable to catch on fire instead of their own thanks to magecraft.
It was the same principle which allowed a candle to burn for longer by burning the wax before the wick.
However, just because the fake skin(wax) burned first it didn't mean that the actual skin underneath(wick) would be completely unharmed; but it was a sufficient enough solution given the time to prepare they had at their disposal. The problem now was that she exhausted that card without the girl even using her eye but it wasn't too bad. 'At least for as long as I press her she wouldn't have the time to change her mystic eye.'
'My intercom device broke in the previous fire but that would only entice my colleagues to take a move in case I have been taken out. On top of that I believe she is now running out of tricks, that explosion from outside I heard before was much bigger than the others and her vigor reduced afterwards, her Servant probably used a Noble Phantasm, which means she should also be running lower on magical energy than before. As long as I force her here I would win.' Alicia analyzed calmly, she didn't fret to make any move yet in favor of stalling Yvette for as long as she could and put her under as much pressure as possible.
A thin silence stretched between them. The both of them still unmoving.
"Surrender." Finally Alicia broke the silence first.
That made Yvette blink but then she just smiled. "Are you trying to be funny now?"
"No, I am just offering you the chance of dying without any unnecessary pain. You should have realized you are in a hopeless situation right now."
"Wow, really? I didn't notice. So what?" Yvette replied back mockingly. She knew that the woman was just speaking to waste her time. "Do you think this would really make me give up?"
Alicia didn't answer, instead she stepped forward and threw a kick at Yvette.
That was enough of an answer.
"Tch." Yvette clicked her tongue and took a step back, her heels crunching over broken wood shards as the foot missed her head by a few centimeters. "Yeah, didn't think so."
Yvette then grabbed the wooden stem of a tall plant that was beside her and swung the vase like a mace.
CRASH CRACK
But Alicia used the momentum of her kick to follow up with another one right away, straight up shattering the ceramic vase, sending soil flying all the air.
The pieces of dirt momentarily obstructed Alicia's sight briefly for a second but she could feel the mana in the air increasing with her other senses, that meant that the girl was probably about to launch in a last ditch effort to finish the fight right now. Thus, Alicia immediately braced herself for whatever could be coming her way, Yvette didn't have the time to change her mystic eye right now so the moment she attacked she would charge straight through regardless of whatever she threw at her. As long as she succeeded injuries were secondary.
Then the Od from Yvette spiked for a moment.
'Now!'
BANG CRASH
However, no attack arrived. Instead the sound of glass breaking echoed in the room and as the dirt covering her vision passed by what greeted her wasn't the sight of her enemy instead there was nothing other than a broken window.
"!" Reacting swiftly, Alicia sprinted forward and looked outside by leaning out of the window. 'Is she crazy? We have a sniper outside.'
FWUSH
'Where did she go?' Outside the wind howled deafeningly but she could not see Yvette anywhere.
TKK TKKK TKK
Suddenly she heard the sound of hard chalk hitting the floor and realized her mistake.
But it was too late.
She didn't even have the time to turn around when a powerful gust pushed her outside the very window she was leaning on. Flipping around as she fell she briefly caught the figure of Yvette with both her knees touching the floor and a piece of chalk in her hand.
'She didn't go out the window. On the other hand she used the cover to trick my senses after she utilized a lot of her little remaining Od to cast a spell to break the window while somehow moving out of my sight silently, then she picked up the piece of chalk I cut before and wrote a sentence from behind my back.' Alicia realized the whole process as she fell, feeling astonished and grieved. She was bested and she understood that.
But it wasn't due to a lack of skill or because she was a worse fighter.
She tried to defeat Yvette by relying on her own experience and intuition as a magus herself and that was her mistake.
Yvette L. Lehrman was miles ahead as a magus than she could ever be and that was why she got so easily tricked by such a dumb move. She wasn't a student who learned under the direct tutelage of the esteemed Lord El Melloi II himself for nothing after all.
I cast you off
Those were the words Yvette wrote in the little opening she created. It had the same value such as words like Valiant Thor, Consequences, etc. they helped Yvette create an impromptu wind spell that utilized ambient mana to push Alicia out.
"Hah hah… phew… that was soo~ close." On her part Yvette was sweating cold from the mix of adrenaline and pressure she had been feeling all thorough until now. She never felt this close to death in her entire life, not even a few months ago when she was inside the Rail Zeppeli.
'No, not yet.' She wanted to give herself a moment to rest but she knew she had no time for that. 'I have to check on the movements of her companions, I got too distracted with this-'
SLAM
In that very moment the door was slammed open by three men and one woman, the moment Yvette saw the guns in their hands she knew she was done for.
BUT
CRASH
Before she even had the chance to register her own incoming demise a new event happened at the very same moment. The full wall window on the left side of Yvette suddenly exploded.
From the burst of glass shards all she could see was a blur of what looked like a man and a child wearing helmets while riding on a scooter that soon ran over the group of four people who were about to shoot her–
"STRIKE!!!!!!!!!"
–accompanied by the scream of the man on the bike's handle.
***
A few minutes beforehand
Haldor quickly caught up with the kid jogging beside him. The two ran towards their destination.
'We should have kept the BerserCar around.' Haldor was already bored of running despite the building not being that far away. 'No that would have been embarrassing if they saw me come in that position.'
'More like isn't a grown up man and a child just running inside a building kind of way too normal? I want to look cool at least now that I have a chance to.'
Haldor slowed his pace slightly, his thoughts drifting as his eyes scanned the ruined street ahead. Maybe it was like that time he stormed a wedding walking did make one look cool but this wasn't really the same, they were just sneaking on two opposing Masters.
'…Yeah, no. Running is a bit too lame.'
"...Oh?" Then something caught his eyes.
A few meters ahead amidst the chaos, untouched by any debris, a single red scooter lay in rather pristine condition. It was an Italian Vespa.
Looking at it the gears inside Haldor's rather smal-coff, massive brain started spinning very fast and an idea was taking form.
If running wasn't impactful enough then running a vehicle straight past the entrance would be much more impactful, wouldn't it? It definitely made sense, right?
Haldor came to a stop, placing a hand on the boy's shoulder to halt him as well.
"Wait a second."
"…?" The boy turned his head slightly, expression as flat as ever.
"What if we used that?" Haldor pointed at the Vespa with excitement.
The boy stared at it for a moment before giving him a nod. "Oh. Okay."
"Nice." Haldor hopped onto the scooter and quickly checked its overall condition. Then he snapped his finger beside the keyhole and a small current briefly left his finger and turned the engine on.
BROOM
'Fuel? A tenth. More than enough. Dashboard lights? A few of them are red… well it's probably gonna be alright anyway.' He quickly filtered out the bad news with the thought that he was gonna blow this thing up to make his entrance in whichever case so it wasn't really a minus in the first place.
"How is it?" On the side the boy asked.
"Good to go. All we need to do now is break through the entrance with this and surprise them."
"Oh. So they are all on the ground floor." Giving a nod back the boy couldn't help but think that this man was really good at finding people. Must be a magus' thing maybe.
"They are?" However, somehow Haldor looked surprised by what the kid just said.
"?" At that boy titled his head in question, he was somewhat caught off guard as Haldor looked entirely sure of himself an instant ago. "You said we'd surprise them by breaking through the entrance so I thought you meant they were on the ground floor."
"...Oh, I actually didn't think that far. I have no idea where they are now, I haven't even checked yet." Haldor admitted sheepishly, scratching the back of his head.
"..." The boy had no idea how he was even supposed to respond to that. His face was as blank as a piece of paper but he already changed his opinion about this man.
"Ahem. Anyway, Pierre, where are the people at right now?" Trying to change the subject.
The bird rolled his single eye and looked at the building from outside, Pierre could somewhat feel the presence of living beings (when it's not a bird it's very faint and hard to feel unless he is concentrating a lot) and of magical energy in the air (kind of like a magus) but they weren't exactly his strong points, focusing he could see that a few people were slowly running up the building floors towards two presences that were moving around in a few floors above them.
"PEEP PEEP PEEEEEP PEP" Pierre chirped intelligibly in the sky.
"So they are heading to the fourteenth floor." Yet Haldor could hear him as clear as day and understand what the bird said.
"Shit. This scooter has become pretty much useless already." He cursed his rotten luck once again. He just wanted to play a scene like in a movie, what was so wrong with that?
Beside him the boy heard what he said and looked up at the building, it seemed like Haldor really wanted to take the scooter there but it was probably impossible.
'Wait…' Suddenly however an image flashed in his mind.
"Say." The boy spoke to pick Haldor's attention.
"Can't you just make a ramp and make the scooter fly through that?" He just recalled what happened two days ago, that night Gilgamesh took him out with his car and then he made it fly in the air using his powers to make a ramp.
There was no real logic or thought behind his reasoning; he just thought that since this guy was a magus maybe he could do something like that if he tried.
Suddenly Haldor's face turned blank as his mouth hung slightly open, then he slapped his forehead and dragged his hand down across his eyes pulling on the eyelashes slightly. The boy had no idea but right now Haldor's mind was seriously thinking the idea through and he realized one thing:
'He is SOOOO right.'
"Hey kid. Is your last name actually Hunt or Bond, by any chance?" Haldor asked offhandedly.
"Mh? No, it's not." Somewhat confused by the sudden out of topic question the boy raised an eyebrow but still answered.
"Shame." Haldor muttered.
Then a grin spread across his face.
'Those two buildings are perfect.' He looked at his surroundings, calculating his possible routes before immediately settling on two buildings attached to each other, their touching rooftops would be ideal to help them make some momentum.
SHIIIII
Out of nowhere two helmets took shape on both of Haldor's hands, one of the two smaller than the other. He quickly tossed the small one to the boy and put the bigger one on his head.
"Don't worry if they feel somewhat brittle, they're still gonna do their job." Haldor told the kid as he gestured for him to hop on behind him. The helmets were made using projection magecraft thus their durability was extremely low and they wouldn't last for long before dispersing in the air.
But for this stunt it was definitely enough.
BROOOM ROOOM
"Let's give it a lil something first though." Revving the scooter a bit, Haldor took out a little plastic bag from his breast pocket in his jacket filled with a greenish powder. Opening the bag, spit inside of it and digging in with his fingers he started using it like paint to draw intelligible signs on the scooter's front, then he dumped the rest of what was left in the bag on both wheels, somehow the powder moved by itself across the pneumatic, turning it green before recovering its previous black color.
"What did you do?" Holding on to him the kid asked from behind his back.
"We are gonna do one of those stunts like in an action movie. Have you ever seen Mission Impossible?" The man asked.
"No."
"007?"
"No."
"Oh… Damn. Well, just hold on tight, very tight." As he said that the boy saw a glow travel from the man's arms run down from the handle all the way down to their seat.
BROOOM SKKRRRTTTT
The scooter's engine suddenly roared even louder than before and immediately burst forward with incredible speed… running straight towards a building's wall.
They were literally about to crash straight towards a brick wall.
At the very last second Haldor pulled the handle upward.
The Vespa rose into a sharp wheelie, its front lifting so much that the backside of the scooter grated against the ground of the sidewalk making sparks as the rear wheel somehow slammed against the vertical surface before the front one.
BANG
For a split instant, it looked like they would simply crash and bounce off.
Instead–
BOING
With the echo of a strange rubbery sound the boy couldn't even discern the origin of, the world tilted, and suddenly the street was no longer beneath them.
It was now behind them.
Looking behind his back as he clung to Haldor the boy realized why that was. 'Oh, so he could ride on the walls as well.'
'He was just complaining for nothing before then. But…' Taking his eyes away from the ground he turned to look forward once again. There was still something bothering that he needed to address.
"...Isn't this the wrong building though, mister?"
"Just trust me, you will see." Haldor said and just then–
VOOOM
The scooter vaulted in the air because it reached the edge of the wall.
TUNK
The scooter landed roughly on the rooftop and somehow the suspensions held strong without breaking from the impact, all in all their landing was actually strangely light as if the scooter somehow weighed less than it actually should have before.
Then the suspensions rebound his and bounced the scooter away.
The scooter skidded slightly across the rooftop, its wheels screeching as Haldor forced it into a sharp stop near the edge using his left foot by reclining on that side.
"...Hah." Haldor heaved a sigh. "First part done. Now–"
FWUSH
Before he could even finish his sentence they caught sight of a woman being defenestrated.
"–Heh, would you look at that." Haldor smiled broadly, then he revved the engine making it burst furiously. "We gotta hurry, the party is already about to end."
BROOOOOM
Haldor leaned forward, the scooter shot forward much faster than it should have been ever able to.
SKKRRRRT
It dashed across the rooftop, gaining speed rapidly as it quickly reached the edge but there was another rooftop adjacent to it so they continued their sprint across it increasing their velocity further. They soon approached the edge of the second rooftop but Halrdor didn't slow down at all, instead he started angling up in a wheelie once again but this time lower as he stood up slightly leaning even further on the handle.
Then at the last moment when the rear wheel was on the edge of the rooftop–
BOOM
It exploded in a green glow pushing the Vespa flying through the air.
"Well, here's our entrance." Haldor muttered to himself, eyeing the full wall window before them.
And just in time he caught sight of a group of people entering the floor. 'Time to go bowling baby.'
CRASH
"STRIKE!!!!!!!!!" Amidst raining shards of glass Haldor screamed as he ran, or maybe flew, over the group of four people that just entered through a door.
'Didn't he miss one though?' Behind him the boy couldn't help but think so, wasn't a strike supposed to be when he hit them all in a single shot?
***
Slower chap than the previous one but it was the first time I had the Boy actually have any sort of semi long interaction with someone who isn't Gilgamesh when he is alone.
Also I have a bit of a bad news, I have been very busy this past week and a half and I have yet to finish the chapter for next week, I'm only at about half of what I intended the chap to be for it to be ready.
Unfortunately between a lot of things i have been spending my free time reading things to help me relax than to write so im not 100% sure the next chap will be ready by Monday but regardless when it comes out do know that I will probably need a week or two where i will not have the time to write as i will also need to prepare my midterms amongst other things too.
Other than that i hope everyone liked the chapter, let me know your thoughts on it.
