Besides the local organizations of the Silver Heart Continent, there are also two "transcendent powers" spanning the territory of the Human Race.
Although these two transcendent powers have fewer members than the local organizations in the Silver Heart Great World, they possess super experts to back them up, acting with detachment, and generally, no one dares to offend them.
One of these transcendent powers is the Silver Heart branch of the "Gaia Group." Any Human Race city on the Silver Heart Continent or any Spiritual Ability Planet in the Galaxy Star System that wishes to connect to the Gaia Network must seek out the Gaia Group.
The other transcendent power is called the "Holy Covenant," which is a Voter force that believes in the Divine of Faith, the Master of Light, or the Master of the Sun, and has established Holy Covenant Halls in many cities on the Silver Heart Continent.
