In the blink of an eye, two days had passed.
Zhang Hao, rubbing the sleep out of his eyes, stepped out of his yard and stretched lazily: "As soon as my eyes are open, it's time to start working."
Jiang Yuntao, basking in the sun in the yard, heard this and replied with a smile: "Your work is much easier than ours."
He was busy with various tedious tasks at the academy daily, but he finally had some time to stay in Xuanhe Village and rest well these past two days.
Fortunately, the accommodations and services at this farmhouse were quite good, so he decided to stay for two nights, waiting for the students to come down the mountain.
Zhang Hao pouted: "Work isn't just about being tiring; we're all just beasts of burden."
Then, he squinted at the distant mountains and asked, "Teacher Jiang, your students should be coming down soon, right?"
